  • Ma'alaea Surf, Unit D10 is a townhouse unit on the second floor which offers our guest total privacy and is located directly on the beach. This town house unit has the bedroom and a bathroom in the upstairs loft; there is also a bathroom on the main floor. This unit is very well equipped. It features everything including central AC, Wi-Fi, TV, fully furnished kitchen, two outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts, convenient parking, BBQ areas and washer/dryers onsite.

    Enjoy ocean front outdoor living on your spacious private patio (lanai) while watching Maui's breath-taking sunsets. The beautiful beaches fronting the property offers not only spectacular views but also outstanding swimming, snorkeling and kayaking and are perfect for leisurely walks or jogging. The maximum occupancy allowed in this unit is 4. All units at Maalaea Surf are non-smoking.

    Our property is NOT impacted by the recent news regarding potential short-term rental (STR) restrictions in Maui. Because we are zoned as a hotel property, we are exempt from the County of Maui's proposed STR regulations.
