Stunning, unobstructed ocean views from this two bedroom corner condo. The bright and open living area opens to a large lanai, extending the living area. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has a portable air conditioning unit. There are two full bathrooms, one in the primary bedroom and the other is off the main hallway.
Located in South Kihei, across from the popular Kamaole Beach park 3. This condo is a short drive to shopping and dining options in kihei as well as the town of Wailea.
There is a popular beach park across the street and other beautiful beaches are just a short walk or drive away. There is a pool located on the property where you can hang out and relax. This two-bedroom condo sleeps up to four people and is perfect for couples or families. Have fun on your next trip to Maui and stay in the most sought-after part of Maui.

My family has stayed in Maui Parkshore 416 multiple times over the past decade - we keep coming back for the great location opposite Kamaole III beach - it's really the best beach on the island in my opinion. We also love being on the top floor corner unit, especially to enjoy the fountains at Kamaole Sands next door. Unfortunately it seems that Kam Sands has started turning the fountain off much earlier (8 pm) than in the past (10 pm), and they got rid of the colored lights in the fountain that were really fun to watch after sunset. Not too much has changed about the unit over the years, I recognize the furniture, bedding, and the wall decor. The unit is very clean with no bugs to be seen, and all the appliances work great. The rod that deploys the sun shade needs replacing, as it's not the correct tool for the shade and the screws holding it together are barely hanging on. It's actually not possible to roll the shade back up without another tall person supporting the weight of the shade as one person operates the rod. But that's fixed easily enough. Also, if you are short, you will need a step stool to access the cups in the kitchen cabinets, because the cabinets are mounted very high - I'm 5'6" and I had to stand on tippy toes to reach the water glasses. I'm not sure if there's a stepstool in the unit because my tippy toes were sufficient, but I'm sure that's an easy addition for the hosts as well.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Maui Parkshore. The location is truly unbeatable—literally steps away from Kamaole III Beach, which became our daily go-to spot for sunsets and turtle spotting. Being on the south end of Kihei put us right in the heart of the local food scene (don't miss the nearby food trucks!) while still being just a five-minute drive from the luxury of Wailea and the world-class snorkeling on the South shore.The highlights for us:Whale Watching: We spent so much time on our private lanai; the whale watching was spectacular and felt almost as close as the actual boat tours!Comfort: The condo was spacious and well-equipped. A special shout-out for the excellent pillows—it made a huge difference in getting a good night's rest.The Grounds: While the building has a classic Maui feel and isn't the flashiest on the block, the grounds are impeccably kept. The pool area was always a quiet, clean, and refreshing retreat after a long day at the beach.If you’re looking for a relaxed, authentic Maui experience away from the resort crowds but with everything you need at your fingertips, I highly recommend staying here. We can't wait to come back!
