Maui Vista #2-101 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the ground floor with a tropical garden view. It features room unit air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a California king bed, 2 flat-screen TVs (one with Roku), telephone, and free WiFi. The sofa is a queen sized sofa sleeper. For outdoor activities, Maui Vista #2-101 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, snorkel equipment, pool noodle, beach mats, and sand toys. Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Maui Vista is a lovely condo complex (not hotel) located across the street and literally a 3-minute walk from this unit to Charley Young Beach - voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Connected to Charlie Young Beach is the famous Kamaole Beach #1. Kamaole Beaches #2, and #3 are just a little further down and one never needs to leave the shore to enjoy their miles of sandy beach. Walking, snorkeling, surfing, and stand-up paddle boarding are just a few of the many activities enjoyed on these beaches. Lifeguards, showers, picnic areas and restrooms are available at all three of the Kamaole Beaches.
The Maui Vista Complex features lovely tropically landscaped grounds, 3 on-site saltwater swimming pools, all pools are available to all guests. 6 free newly resurfaced championship tennis courts, with 3 newly striped pickle ball courts, and gas grills for your use. Tennis and pickleball court reservations are made on up to three weeks in advance. Maui Vista is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, activities, and is minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

Our stay in this unit was wonderful! It was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable vacation. We had a small issue with the door lock, but it was resolved the next day. I recommend this place for families — it’s clean, has beautiful surroundings, and is conveniently located close to the ocean

Our home away from home

Wonderful location with easy walking to food, beaches, grocery store, and so much more. Kitchen had all the necessities if you buy groceries to cook in. Gas grills were right outside our door, along with the pool and walking path to the main road.

Perfect location and clean

The location of this property is perfect and central to Kihei. I like to walk a lot so we had lots of options for dining and grocery store close by. Not to mention, the beach is a 3-minute walk across the street! It was nice having a water (filtered) and ice dispenser on the fridge door, kitchen is well-stocked and there are two AC units..1 in bedroom and 1 in living area. I would recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Great condo , well maintained grounds within a short walk to watch the beautiful sunsets

We’ve stayed at Maui Vista for the last several years. We always enjoy our time here. Love that the property has three pools to choose from and is within walking distance to the many restaurants and shops. Now we just enjoy going to the beach and watching the sunsets. It’s a great way to take a much needed break.

Perfect location

Clean, comfortable condo in our favorite location on Maui. Had all of the amenities needed for family beach times. Only complaint was speed of internet, we needed to get some work done and it was nearly impossible with the speed. But again it is Hawai'i so should we really be online?? 😆

Lovely Place

We have been to Maui several times, always stay in the Maui Vista and first time with this unit. While it could have been a little cleaner when we arrived, we were very happy. The communication with the Rental Company was above and beyond. They were very responsive to our questions and same day delivery for a broken beach chair replacement! Thank you. Will hope to stay here again.

We selected this resort because it offered pickleball. But there new system in booking the courts did. It work if you wanted to meet people to play with. Once the court is booked through the online system it shows reserved so nobody else shows up to play. The door jam on the door really needs an upgrade. As the cockroaches would come in, which really made the stay unpleasant. We even vacuumed and swept everyday to ensure nothing was on the floor, sink was always clean, counters washed and dishes put in the dish washer. The dishwasher could use a cleaner ran through it, as it had a smell when you opened it. They bed was a bit to soft for us, but everyone is different. Wish there were some sort of lights on the patio for sitting out at night. Even a few solar lights would be an improvement. The unit was clean when we arrived and it was a smooth check in and easy to find. Could have had a few more spices, even salt would help. The spices provided are more than a few years old.The grounds and the pools of the resort are fantastic.The Charlie Young beach arcross the street is great.

Comfortable & Convenient

I enjoyed having a sleeping room separate from the living quarters unlike a hotel room which would have been one giant room. The bed was super comfy, the living room had a TV that we enjoyed before bedtime, and the kitchen was stocked with all we needed, though an updated coffee maker would have been a nice touch, but not a big deal at all. I really appreciated having beach chairs, towels, and swimming/snorkel gear provided!! On top of this, the beach was just a minute walk away. Management was also very communicative w/ the check in and out processes, not only that but I had issues with payment and they were very responsive with that as well. Overall, great stay and would stay here again when visiting Maui in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Maui vista! The condo had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was packed with dishes, cookware, and spices. There was also snorkel gear, boogie board, umbrellas and beach chairs that we used almost everyday. The ground floor location was super convenient and wasn’t noisy at all. There are two air conditioners in the unit, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, and ceiling fans in both areas too. We really appreciated having them to cool down the unit. The pools were all in close proximity to the unit which was great for our boys. The only improvement (if any) that I could suggest would be to consider replacing the carpet in the bedroom. Other than that small thing, everything was perfect! We would absolutely stay there again. And Rentals Maui has been amazing! They were available to help us immediately with anything we needed. We had to cancel our trip back in August 2023 because of the Lahaina fire. The staff at Rentals Maui were so accommodating and offered us a full refund for the 2 rentals that we booked. We were more than happy to rebook with them for this trip, and will insist on Rentals Maui in the future.

Great location
