Located in central Kihei, nestled in the northern end of beautiful Halama Street. Family-owned and operated legal short-term rental. This beachfront, 1 BR/1BA, has a full kitchen and bathroom. Cozy, quiet, great for couples and small families. There is a dining table inside as well as an outdoor table for two. A larger picnic table and a gas grill is available for use in the back yard, along with beach chairs to watch the sunsets and lounge chairs for sun tanning or just relaxing. The beach is about 300 feet from the building with a large yard of green grass and palm trees leading to the seemingly private beach. Enjoy the amazing sea turtles that crawl up and rest on the sandy beach with good snorkeling, kayaking, SUP, wind and kite sailing, pole fishing, shelling and more. Ocean equipment is available at the numerous rental shops in town. Centrally located near banks, post office stores, medical clinics, supermarket, shops, restaurants and more. Tucked away from the big resorts and high tourist filled areas, you can enjoy your own little piece of paradise. The apartment building consists of a total of four units and every unit is ocean front! Stairs are necessary to access the apartment building from the parking area (including units on the bottom floor).
