Welcome to Sugar Beach Resort Penthouse 34, one of the best ocean view condos in Maui. The top floor lanai is very private and looks out on endless ocean and 5 miles of white sandy beach - perfect for peaceful morning or evening walks. Watch the whales during whale season (December to April) without leaving the residence, and experience some of the best sunsets in Maui from the balcony. The ocean view is spectacular!!

PH34 is rented directly from the owners. The kitchen and bath were completely remodeled with all new stainless steel appliances and beautiful quartz counters in the kitchen for a very clean and modern feel. It has very comfortable furniture including a king size bed. The sleeper sofa has a queen size upgraded mattress for your comfort. The condo also has a smart flat screen TV. We provide free wifi as well for your convenience.

Our condo also has central air conditioning which is rare for maui condos - keep the inside at whatever temperature makes you the most comfortable. The condo is tastefully equipped with everything you will need including beach umbrellas, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, etc.

The complex has elevators for easy access from the condo to the beach and beautiful oceanfront pool, spa, and BBQs. The grounds are manicured and the grass leads you right to be beach, only steps away. There is an activities booking company in the lobby for you to take advantage of Maui's sights and excursions, or just relax all week and do nothing.

Sugar Beach is conveniently located on the west side of Maui. It is approximately 15 minutes from the airport (and Costco!), 15-20 minutes north of Wailea and 30 minutes south of Kaanapali and Lahaina.

Free parking including covered parking and no resort fees or hidden fees. Finally, please note Sugar Beach Resort closes their pool the second week of September each year for annual maintenance. Please inquire about discounted rates for this week.
