This is a great place to stay in Kihei. Wendy was very responsive to one of our concerns. Communication with the owner’s excellent. Views are amazing on the double lanai and are also beautiful on the rooftop. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Everything you need for cooking and going to the beach is all here. We stay at this unit every time we come to Maui and we’ll definitely be coming back.

Missing Maui!

Such a wonderful place to stay and right on a great sandy beach. We rented a jeep and found ourselves centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Great eating and shopping nearby. Wendy is an incredible resource for all things Maui.

Great Condo with Awesome View

We really enjoyed staying in the condo and eating our meals on the lanai with a perfect view of the beach, coconut trees, ocean, and sunsets. We also enjoyed the rooftop grills! Communication with the owner was excellent. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. 👍

Was our first time to Hawaii and couldn’t have asked for a better location! Perfect views of the ocean from the lanai and such an easy walk to a beautiful beach. Loved the convenience of it all including the cafe and gelato across the street. Having the beach towels and boogie boards was such a great bonus.

A Lovely Week in Kihei

This is a great place to stay in Kihei. It is clean and everything is good working condition. The photos in the listing are accurate. Wendy was very responsive to my worries about recent flooding, which actually did not affect this condo, as it is higher than more northern parts of S. Kihei Road. The double-wide lanai is fabulous for its views, especially at sunset. We were four retired/ almost-retired adults, and we had a great time.

Maui Magic Stay

What a fantastic apartment Wendy has. Sitting on the Lani watching the ocean and the mountains in the distance, while the sunsets over Maui is a great way to end the day. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants etc. Apartment was well finished, comfortable bed, and all the beach gear you could use. We would not hesitate to recommend Wendy’s apartment.

South Maui encourages visitors

Amazing condo with gorgeous 180 degree view and very nice artwork. More like someone’s home rather than a vacation rental. Everything has been well thought out and Wendy responds immediately to any questions. The location is great as well. Just across the street from Kamaole 1. Lots of good food options within walking distance.

We feel this is the best location in Kihei. Very convenient for walking to beach, shopping, going to meals, coffee and even fresh bread in the morning. Large lanai with very comfy furniture. The condo had all the amenities we needed and very comfortable beds and linens. After a few hours at the beach we also enjoyed the well maintained pool, always clean. Wendy the owner is so easy to communicate with that she feels like a friend. Can’t wait to go back and would highly recommend.

June 2024 stay

The property was wonderful and very well appointed. Wendy was an excellent host; she was responsive to our needs and even helped us with a special situation. The condo is in walking distance of an excellent stretch of beach and lots of amenities. We especially enjoyed the access to the upstairs rooftop deck. The only negative was the lack of a view from the secondary bedroom. We would definitely book this condo again

Great Location All Around

Communication with owner was easy and very responsive. Condo was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with high end furnishings and kitchen/picnic/beach supplies. Our favorite thing was the awesome rattan recliners on the lanai! We spent a lot of time in them, from coffee in the morning to wine in the evening to watch the sunset and/or the electric bike parade from the 6th floor. Easily walkable to the beach, restaurants and shops. We wouldn’t change a thing - would definitely stay here again!
