    This unit boasts gorgeous panoramic oceanviews from the moment you step in the unit. Enjoy watching surfers - whales during season - and spectacular Maui sunsets from your private lanai.

    This one bedroom penthouse unit is on the top 6th floor boasting a Panoramic Oceanview. It has a full bath. Available for up to two guests only.

    The unit has Koa Wood furniture featuring a King Size Bed and 2 end tables. Free Wifi, 65” cable TV with Bose speaker, comfortable sectional, floor to ceiling mirror, ACs, ceiling fans, security screen door, and use of a free washer & dryer.

    Island Surf has its own private solar heated swimming pool with 2 gas barbecues and an eating area with an Oceanview.

    You can walk to many beaches: Charley Young Beach - The Cove - and Kalama Ocean Park which has showers, picnic tables and bathrooms. Learn to surf, watch whales when in season, and see turtles along ocean paths.

    It is next door to South Maui Gardens: aka 'Maui's Hidden Oasis', set in a tropical setting with 14 delicious food trucks, live entertainment, Luaus, Hula Shows, Comedy Shows & a Farmers Market. You can walk to “The Triangle”: South Maui‘s Entertainment Center; which has live music, bars, local shopping and restaurants.

    We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, cooler on wheels, hair dryer - and a copy of “Maui Revealed” for guest use.
    There is a Solar Heated Pool on the 2nd floor with 2 gas BBQs, tables & chairs.

    We are minutes away from Foodland Grocery, a Movie Theater, and a Maui Bus Stop.

Cute place with a wonderful view

We had a wonderful stay here. Communication with the owner was great, the area has a nice little food truck parking lot with a ton of great options. The view is amazing, right across the ocean. A lot of great parks nearby and there was plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing Location!

This property was perfect for us! You can walk to everything! The South Maui Luau is directly behind the property with tons of food trucks. The Kihei Caffe is right next door as is the Paia Fish market (so ono!). Plenty of space for us and a balcony overlooking the water

Beautiful View with a Central Location

The property is within walking distance of so much/ groceries, beach, park, bar, shopping, coffee, restaurants etc. The view from the deck was great. It can be a little noisy on the deck during the day, but didn’t bother us as we were usually out during the day. Had a separate AC unit in the bedroom which was a lifesaver for us. Plenty if space for the two of us. We’d stay again.

Great view and location

The best features of this property is location and view. I think this is the only 6 story building in the area and is designed with all units to have an ocean view. Since this unit is on the top floor, the ocean view was the best! We enjoyed watching surfers, both experienced and beginners in surf school, from our lanai. The location is adjacent to shops, restaurants, and bars. The building lower level has shops including a great deli and a convenience store.it also has good off street parking. The owner was very responsive to questions or problems we had.

Great Condo located in the heart of Kihei. Beaches, parks, shops, restaurants and bars. Great view of ocean with swimmers, surfers and snorkelers. Our hosts, Ligia and Mike couldn’t have been better. Our first nite we had problems with the TV set. The next morning they showed up with a brand new 65 inch set. Ligia would text every few days to check if all was well and see if we needed anything. Great hosts, great Condo!

This condo was perfect for our 8 night stay. You can’t beat the view from the lanai. The kitchen was fully stocked. The location is amazing for walking or driving to many restaurants and shops nearby. Plenty of free parking in the lot behind the building. I especially wanted to mention how helpful the host (Ligia) was. We were there during a big statewide storm. Ligia communicated with us many times to make sure we felt comfortable. Including telling us where a lantern and light were located in case of power loss. And then again after the storm to make sure we and the condo were ok. We’d for sure stay here on our next Maui trip.

Ocean view was as advertised. But you get also the street noise. The room number 612 was difficult to identify and the screen door opened by rotating the handle up not down. But this was quickly resolved. The outside of the building could handle a makeover but the appartment was flawless. We did not use the AC because the appartment stayed cool enough during the day.

Great location!

The view of the beach from this property is fantastic! The property is conveniently located close to restaurants, stores, the beach, etc. Ligia was a great host who responded to our requests in a timely manner. We would definitely rent this property again.

Our first time in Maui and it was awesome!!

We had a great time, property was close to many places we wanted to see. We were basically there to sleep, but it was a great place to call home for a week, and hope to be back! Great view of the beach and surfers! Owners were very helpful, and supplied us with everything we needed for our vacation! Great time!!

Great location, view, condo

The location is great, walk to restaurants, Kamala Park across the street and a great view from the lanai balcony. While the building is older, it is well kept and this condo, the owner has decorated very well. The owner is very responsive to any questions, check in process was easy. I would stay here again!!!

If your looking for a location that is within walking distance to anything you will want, this is it! It is very busy due to the location, but the beach, Saltwater Café with organic and fabulous gluten free options was priceless for us. The unit is adorable, nicely kept and cozy. Wonderful stay!

Best Hub for Fun

Paddle boarding and surfing right across the street, great food and bars within 2 blocks, shopping nearby, deli and convenience store in the building—everything was at our disposal at this cute condo with great sunset views. Owner was helpful and provided plenty of insight for our trip to Kihei! Great time!!

This Penthouse Apartment was perfect in every way. The ocean view was stunning. The apartment had so many amenities, to include beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, washer and dryer, beach towels, two high end binoculars, and a fully stocked kitchen with a dish washer. In other words, everything a traveler would need for an awesome Maui stay was right there. Further, right next to the apartment complex was an unbelievable food truck park. The largest we have ever seen. A destination in and of itself. Added to all of this was the perfect host. She made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay extremely enjoyable. She was very responsive with any questions we had and provided some excellent pro tips on where to eat and what to do. Bottom line, this was one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in.

Perfect place in Kihei

This condo was perfect. Starting with a beautiful condo with an owner that setting it up perfectly for amazing vacation. There were benoculars to see the whales from the lanai as well as chairs to use at the beach. She's thought of everything. Add to that the location is perfect with a beautiful view and walking distance to so many of our favorite restaurants. Thank you for an awesome visit. We'll be back.

Beautiful views, great location!

This penthouse condo provided an excellent home away from home during our 9 day stay. Every morning we were able to look out at the ocean and the surfers before walking to breakfast. The location can't be beat! The condo itself is beautiful, and we found it included everything we needed during our stay. The owner is so thoughtful, and really wants to make sure that you are comfortable. She made our stay wonderful! When returning to Maui, I would not stay anywhere else! I have already recommended it to friends, as it is the best condo I have stayed in! Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality.
