Quiet, comfortable and across from gorgeous Charley Young beach

Clean, quiet unit on second floor with pretty garden view and shade on the lanai throughout the day so never too hot to sit outside. Perfect for morning coffee, lunch and evening libations! Quiet master bedroom with king size bed, no traffic noise, just birdsong. Large closet. Sofa bed with memory foam mattress in living room. Smart TV's in the living room and master bedroom, and wifi throughout the unit. Fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with walk in shower. In suite washer and dryer. Kid friendly pools, and outdoor BBQs. Spectacular tennis courts, and great location for jogging and cycling (bike paths and shops throughout Kihei). Beautiful grounds with security on site and helpful office staff. Across the street from an amazing golden sand beach (Charley Young Beach / Kamaole Beach 1). Unit contains beach chairs and towels, umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear and boogie board - what you need for a fun day at the beach!
Amazing walk-in snorkeling near this location. Great access to tours for Molokini island, and you can walk to a convenience store. Only a 15 minute drive to world-famous Makena Beach, or take some more time and explore the beautiful volcano behind us. Haleakala, the House of the Sun, looks down on the Maui Vista. Drive up to the summit or take a day trip to Hana on the far side of Haleakala. Also an easy drive to west Maui, where you can catch a ferry to Lanai.
But you will love just hanging out in Kihei - it has everything! And this is the place to learn how to surf on the island of Maui - 1 block to surfing central. Great restaurants and shopping.

It was very convenient as far as the beach across the street. Condo, very comfortable and convenience with a Washer and Dryer in the condo, that was great. Parking was easy to find a spot. Chairs and towels for beach was an added plus. Meeting up with manager was hard because of our schedule.

Good Location

We stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed our time. The location was great, a short drive (or longer walk 0.5 miles to 1 mile) to most restaurants and shopping in Kihei. The beach is across the street and easy to get to. We also enjoyed using the pool which was often empty. The place itself was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Thank you!!

The lockbox fell apart when it was opened. It took a day to finally find the part that fell out to be able to put the key back and close it up.

We had a fantastic 12-day stay in Maui! The location was absolutely perfect—right across the street from the beach, and we could enjoy beautiful sunsets from the balcony every evening. The complex has everything you need: a nice pool, BBQ area, and even tennis courts.The unit was very well equipped for a beach vacation. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkeling gear—it made our days by the ocean so easy and fun. The space was just right for the three of us.One small suggestion: we only had three garbage bags for the whole stay. It would have been nice to have a few more for a longer visit.Overall, a wonderful place to stay—comfortable, convenient, and perfect for enjoying Maui!

It’s a nice location with AC near by beach.

The location is nice in a safe neighborhood. We love that it has a AC. Getting parking permit was a little tricky since the front office wasn’t opened so we had to get hold of the security office. It’s not too bad but wish there is better instruction with the phone number to call. The floor wasn’t supper clean. since it asked us to remove our shoes, our kids were running around bared feet and their feet got really dirty.

Our Stay At Maui Vista

What a great place to stay in Kehei. Close to all amenities and the ocean. Well stocked with everything a person needs. Gorgeous weather for 28 days straight. Would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to Maui.The one minor dislike we have was the uncomfortable couch/ hide-a-bed. Thanks for letting us use your condo Stewart. Mahalo! Overall a great place to stay in Maui, it’s in a good location to travel to all areas of Maui. Lots of places to shop and eat. There is a nice beach within walking distance. The place is nice and clean.

Perfect location!

Perfect Condo

We loved this place. It was perfectly situated across the road from beach access and walking distance to bars and restaurants. Plenty of free parking was an extra bonus. The place was spacious, clean and fully equipped with all amenities. Would definitely stay there again.

Work & relax

I needed a place that was fairly close to the conference I was attending in Wailea and this condo ended up being perfect. This was a terrific location with easy, walkable access to restaurants, parks and the beach across the street. I would definitely recommend it for solo travelers as well as couples.

Nice well equipped condo. Comfortable bed. Beach chairs and umbrella appeared to be new. The condo is in a quiet area of the building and close to everything. We would definitely stay again.

Fabulous stay in Maui

Had a comfortable stay at this clean and neat property in Kihei. Perfectly located across the road from the beach with ample parking and easy walking distance to shops and lots of delicious food options. I found it to be a very convenient base for getting around Maui both by car and on foot. Check in process was easy. Would recommend.

We have stayed in the unit several times before and it is always a great experience. We love the king bed which is so comfortable for long vacation sleeps! The unit includes beautiful island artwork that creates a great atmosphere. And the location can not be beat! Beaches, shops and restaurants around the corner, we hardly had to use our rental car! Everything was great EXCEPT

Everything was great except the condition of the beach chairs. Old & broken down with broken straps. Ended up having to rent 2 chairs which was easier than driving back to Costco for new ones. To the owners: BUY NEW CHAIRS, Its a cheap fix & would be much appreciated by your guests.. Maybe an extra umbrella to go along with considering there was only 1 in the room.

Good Location

Great Location with Charley Young Beach Access Across the Street! Great family beach especially with younger kids. The waves were gentler here than other beaches. We traveled with 2 10 year olds and it's an easy beach to hang out at! The condo was well stalked in the kitchen (we only ate out 2 times for the 9 days we were there) and they had everything we needed for cooking. King Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning an essential for night time sleeping.

A Nice Condominium with a view of the Ocean

A good condo with an ocean view from its 2nd floor lanai. It was well stocked and had a washer and dryer. the bed was good too with a beateaful Hawaiian cover. The only negative was the fry pans which are old scratched up Teflon. We ended up cooking in the two stainless steel sauce pans.
