This freshly remodeled 1 bath studio penthouse in Maui Banyan is a very popular vacation getaway, conveniently located in South Kihei, just a short walk away from the beautiful Kamaole Beach Park II and the nearby shops and restaurants. The grounds are beautifully landscaped & exceptionally well-maintained, offering 2 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, a tennis court & 2 outdoor BBQ areas.
The space
This penthouse unit is located in the T building, away from busy South Kihei Road and on the cool side of the complex. This serene mountain view location is perfect for relaxing and enjoying your island vacation. Enjoy filtered views of Haleakala from your private lanai. Please note this penthouse unit is on the 3rd floor (up 2 flights of stairs).
