Aloha! When you rent this condo, you will be renting from me, Kevin. I own, manage and maintain this property. The pictures are recent and accurate. What you see is where you will be staying. I am the person who answers your questions and assists you if needed. I do not shuffle you around to different units; the one you are seeing is the one in which you stay. If you have a question on a Saturday, you will receive a response from me and not have to wait until Monday. I live 5 min. away so reach out if you have a question. I make sure you have the highest quality Maui stay.

This studio condo is quiet, clean and a holiday retreat with a mountain view. Within walking distance of two great restaurants; Monsoon, an excellent Indian restaurant and Isana, for fish and sushi. The studio is on the 2nd floor, located at 715 S. Kihei Rd. (Kihei Bay Surf), #216. This complex is a small boutique resort across the street from the beach and Kalepolepo State Park. Turtles come on shore to the park and its 500 year old Hawaiian Fish Pond to sleep at sunset.
The condo has bamboo and tile flooring. The lanai view of Haleakala, a perfect spot for morning coffee. The complex is well lit for safety. A keyless entry system on the door, with a rotating code, allows for secure contactless entrance whenever you arrive.

Get away from the hustle and bustle of the larger tourist filled condos and book with me. Kihei Bay Surf has only 118 units and is in a private setting. You will enjoy the lovely Hawaiian gardens and view from your very own private lanai. A BBQ area, a pristine swimming pool and hot tub, the Humpback Whale National Marie Sanctuary across the street, as well as 3 mile beach and close to one of the largest stretch of sandy beach on Maui, perfect for sunbathing, strolls, swimming, jogging water sports such as kite boarding and surfing, and so much more! Catch a whale watch cruise from Maalaea Harbor (during season), just a 10 minute drive form our home!

Make your friends jealous. Selfies on a Zipline through a tropical plantation, snorkeling with turtles or at 10K feet above it all on top of Haleakala! Maui is our home. Contact us for more Maui activity ideas. We can make suggestions; whale watching, island hot spots, dine with celebrity chefs, car rental and seasonal events.

I'd recommend booking the night on the last day of your stay if you have a later flight. It is so much easier to leave from the condo rather than wonder where to sit all day until your flight boards.

What guests have been saying: "clean", "centrally located for Maui sightseeing", "close to shopping and restaurants", "quiet, safe and secure".

Recommendations: I would rent a car. The Island is big and you'll need one to site see and shop. Bring snacks and drinks, picnics are the way to enjoy every day's excursion.

Beaches: Sugar Beach is one of the best on Maui, across the street and 6 miles of white sand awaiting your footprints.

Located in Kihei Town, 20 min. from Kahului Airport (OGG).

Amazing! So nice and clean. Very impressed. My only issue that arose, was that some people were parking taking up two spots not leaving room for others. Maybe leave parking instructions for the lovely foreigners who don’t know better. Mahalo! Will definitely be back and recommend to everyone 10/10

Highly Recommend this wonderful condo and host. We were very happy with Kevin's condo. Fully stocked, clean. Even had items to use in the pay it forward pantry. Very comfortable bed. Was nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella use. Excellent location, across from the fish pond. We saw turtles every morning. Will definitely rent this condo again!!

Perfect location

This is a perfect location for visiting Maui. Close to beaches shopping and restaurants, and great for jumping off points for the road to Hana and Haleakala. Kevin is a fantastic host and answered all questions within minutes. The condo has everything you need including beach chairs and a cooler with ice packs. If you’re looking for a home base for adventures around the island this is perfect.

Maui is marvelous

A Home Away from Home in Paradise

Kevin was an attentive host, always quick to respond to any questions. He went above and beyond by providing helpful suggestions throughout my stay. The location is ideal—right across from the beach and the whale sanctuary, with shopping and activities nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and although my stay was longer than most vacations, it truly felt like a home away from home.

Great place to stay!

Lovely little place perfect for our family vacation. Very central to everything with a beach and fish pond right across the street. The owner was easy to reach if we needed anything and communication was stellar! We were surprised at all that was there when we arrived, such as stocked items in the freezer and cupboards paid forward by previous guests and playing cards and books in the drawer when you have some downtime. Absolutely all you need and more for a very good price!

We were there in Maui for four days and we stayed at this condo for the duration of that stay. The condo is in a great location, well stocked with everything you could possibly need from using the kitchen to having towels and beach chairs and surf boards etc. Also had very well laid out directions and notes in the condo which made the stay hassle free. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay when visiting Maui.

Can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing first trip to Maui…we will definitely be back! The accommodations and location were perfect. We really appreciated having a kitchen that we used for breakfast every morning before heading out on our next adventure. The cooler provided was handy as we often packed some lunch, snacks and drinks for the day so that we didn’t have to leave the beach. There is a park with a great beach for families with little kids right across the road. We were able to see turtles there several evenings! The communication was great right from the moment we booked our stay. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit.

The best is the location. You have easy access to the beach which is beautiful and calm, you get to see up closevthe turtles when they come to this site to sleep. Restaurants where afew minutes away driving and they are also at walking distance if you want do some exercise. One the best shave ice location in right on the same street and you can go across and enjoy it right on the beach. We definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful Stay

I had a fantastic stay at this VRBO property in Kihei! The location very convenient, with easy access several great beaches. The affordability was a pleasant surprise, and the room itself was clean and well-furnished. This apartment is excellent. Clean, updated, and comfortable. It has everything you need for the beach - towels, chairs, cooler, boogie boards. Kevin is also very communicative. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place in Kihei.

Amazing stay in Maui!!

We had a phenomenal experience at this property during our stay in Maui. Everything was clean, Kevin left beach items for us to borrow, and he was super communicative in asking us how everything was and if we needed anything. He even offered recommendations on what to do during our stay! The location of this property is in a great area with tons of stuff to do nearby. We couldn’t have asked for a better property or host and would recommend this to anyone who is looking to visit Maui. Thank you Kevin for an amazing time!
