Aloha and Welcome to Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo B15 in sunny South Maui! Condo B15 is an Ocean View townhouse style condo on the 2nd level (no elevator.) It has a King bed in main-level bedroom; King bed in one of the upstairs lofts; 2 twin beds in second upstairs loft area & non-sleeper sofa in living room.

Kihei Sands Condominium sits directly on one of Maui’s best beaches, Sugar Beach. From our oceanfront pool and barbecue patio area you can practically touch the beach - clean, sandy, unpopulated, and stretching for miles in either direction. How far is it to the beach? Literally around 6 feet! Our Patio and lawn areas are idyllic. Enjoy each morning with fresh brewed coffee and each evening watching a spectacular Sunset while you grill dinner and sip a beverage.

Kihei Sands is a special place full of the Aloha spirit. Our intimate layout provides the perfect location for reunions, group getaways, honeymooners, seniors, families, couples and friends. With 22 units to choose from it’s easy to find the perfect fit for everyone in your group, from number of bedrooms (1, 2 & 3) to bed configurations.

Kihei Sands offers a wonderful alternative to crowded resorts with the intimate nature of our complex offering only 29 units total. To promote the health and safety of our guests and staff we have put into practice an enhanced protocol for vacation rental cleanliness: Kihei Sands Superior Clean. Our new cleaning program meets or exceeds CDC recommendations and aligns with guidance from hospitality industry experts. Our goal is to provide even more support and protection to everyone in the Kihei Sands community.

A short walk down the beach you’ll find several eateries and shops, including a Fresh Produce Market, ABC Store, Bakery, Shave Ice, and a small diner. There are numerous dining and shopping options within a couple miles of Kihei Sands. Our central location makes it easy to access all that Maui has to offer.

Great stay on Sugar Beach

Nice property with beach access and a lovely pool. We stayed in season for whale watching and saw breaching whales from the beach! Property is well maintained and a great access point for the many attractions of Maui.

A peaceful retreat on the beach

We stayed here for four days. Perfect for my husband and I and our two adult children. We just loved it! The condo development is small, quiet and just so lovely. We spent as much time outside enjoying the beach setting. Located in longest sand beach on Maui you'll love the morning walks. The condo has a great common area for grilling, eating, swimming, relaxing and looking out at the beautiful scenery. Our condo had everything we needed. We absolutely loved Maui, centrally located so you can get everywhere very easily for touristy excursions. We loved everything about our stay. Dreamy and wonderful memories.

Best place to stay

Kihei Sands knocked it out of the park. Flawless check-in, flawless check-out and everything in between was perfect. Great communication, very hospitable, just an overall A+. Six of us stayed in the three bedroom, two bath condo and we had everything we needed. I recommend it over and over again and will definitely be back.

Great Vacation

This property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds were comfortable. Great beach access. The property managers are very knowledgeable and told us the best places to go to do various activities. Would stay at this property again.

Perfect for our large family

Having Fun In Maui Hawaii

Kihei condo on the beach

We loved being close to the beach. We enjoyed using the extra equipment left by others. There really were plenty of chairs and boogie boards. Enjoyed the pool and the chairs on property. Parking lot is tight and small and teeny, mini van with sliding doors helped make that better. We felt close to anywhere we wanted to go. Near a local farmers' market, shave ice and a little store. Would definitely recommend this place!!!

Last stop on our Hawaii trip

The unit was clean and everything was functional. We had 6 adults staying here and it was a bit small for our group. Had it been a group with a couple of kids it would have been more appropriate. Pictures make the unit appear a bit bigger. Property was beautiful and we loved the back patio and pool. We were in the ocean a couple times behind the condo as well. The unit is a bit outdated but again it worked for us. We were not in it a lot - we spent our days out exploring the island.

Patrick is super helpful with where to go and what to do.

We would highly recommend this condo for a vacation.We enjoyed whale watching, a luau, hiking, the Road to Hana, surfing lessons and watching the sunrise in Haleakala National Park.

A suggestion I would make is to replace all of the teflon pans as they are badly worn and no doubt leaching chemicals into food.Also, this is nothing that the condo owners can fix, but there was a stench outside on several of the days we were there so bad that it kept me from enjoying the outdoors. I asked multiple sources about the origin but the only one that made sense to me is it's coming from the sewage treatment plant down the road. For this reason, I wouldn't stay in Kihei again.

The pool/patio/BBQ area is quaint and comfortable, and just steps from the beach. The location is very convenient. Highlights for us were morning coffee and evening cocktails on the patio, long walks on the beach, and swimming right in front of the condo. There were only three things that weren’t so great: 1 the parking spaces in the parking lot are too small! It was challenging to get in and out. 2. Limited laundry hours (2p-8pm)3. On checkout morning, the housekeeper stood outside our door for over an hour, watching us take out trash and haul bags to the car. This was very uncomfortable for us, and prevented us from enjoying a few minutes to relax one the patio one last time.

Pack light, there is a coin laundry on site. Make a trip to Costco - all the cooking accessories in kitchen. 2 newer higher end gas grills installed that work great! Wi-Fi is fast and location has good cell reception. ABC Store, bakery, and shave ice 10min walk away. We will for sure stay here again on a trip back to Maui! All the staff is friendly.
