Nani Kai Escape is a 6th Floor Oceanfront Penthouse with breathtaking ocean views offering the perfect Hawaiian getaway. Maui is known for it's world-famous beaches so come check that off your bucket list and literally stay steps from the beach. From the moment you arrive and smell the island fragrance or feel the gentle ocean breeze you will not want to leave.

This Maui Ocean Front two-bedroom condo is just steps from the beach and has A/C units in each room to keep you cool on those warm Maui afternoons. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and eating out on your own private lanai. The open living area offers a queen sofa bed for additional sleeping with plenty of space to relax after a long day at the pool and beach. Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean in the master bedroom that features a king bed with a full ocean view and private access to the lanai. The attached master bathroom has a large mirror, vanity, walk-in shower, and a full size stackable washer and dryer. The second bedroom has a queen bed with large closet offering beach and ocean necessities. The second bathroom has a vanity with a large mirror, nice lighting, and a walk-in shower. All this just a few steps from the ocean.

The property offers a solar heated pool with two BBQ areas for outdoor grilling located on beautifully landscaped tropical oceanfront grounds. The rooftop BBQ and dining area provides stunning views of the Ocean, Haleakala, the West Maui Mountains, Molokini, Kahoolawe, and Lanai. It is an ideal place to watch for whales in the winter and relax and enjoy Maui's breathtaking sunsets. Onsite is the authentic Indian restaurant - Monsoon India - with a full bar and spectacular views.

Settled right next to the restaurant is the heated pool and another set of BBQ grills, all oceanside and behind the pool on the perfectly manicured grounds are the shuffleboard courts. Just steps away is Kalepolepo Beach Park home of the Historic 16th century Royal Fish Pond of Kalepolepo. The fish pond is the perfect place to play and snorkel, or sit and relax on the beach observing outriggers canoes and paddlers entering the sea. The pond is the home to many sea turtles who like to relax in the sun on the beach. On the other side of the complex is Keaka Beach with just a 5 minute beach walk to public tennis courts and the other beaches of Kihei.

The complex is a 15 minute drive from the Airport and major shopping including Costco, Walmart and Target. And is just minutes away from the local shopping and dining areas of Kihei. We first visited Kihei on the island of Maui 20 years ago and fell in love with the stunning sunset ocean views, variety of restaurants, shops and the close proximity to the most amazing beaches on the island. It became our dream to enjoy this area as many times a year as we could. We are happy to share this dream with you and your loved ones.

This place is such a perfect spot to relax in Maui! It was very clean and quiet, the AC and fans kept it comfortable, and the view from the lanai was incredible. I also don’t think I’ve stayed at a rental as well stocked as this one: it has absolutely everything from kitchen supplies, spices, beach gear, and extra linens. The beach was easy to access and we enjoyed spotting turtles in the water. The hosts were very responsive as well, we would definitely stay here again!

First Maui Trip - Kihei

This was our first trip to Maui and Menehune Shores in Kihei. The condo had great views, was extremely clean, and very well appointed. The host, Jennifer, has thought of everything that you would need to enjoy your stay in Maui and was very good at communicating with you. We will definitely be staying at this condo again.

Our stay here couldn't have been better. The condo was very clean and had everything one could want. The location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The beach in front had turtles sunning and swimming everyday we were there. Great home base for my family to explore Maui. Beautiful view from the balcony. Condo was well stocked with everything you could need. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, many beach towels, snorkeling equipment, and sand toys. Would highly recommend to anyone to stay here.

This was probably the best property that we've EVER rented on VRBO! It WAS the best - not probably...Jenn thought of absolutely everything to make us feel comfortable. Don't want to go into too many details but I can honestly say we didn't want for anything. Everything was so well thought out. Mahalo for an absolutely PERFECT stay.

Fantastic 2 bedroom unit right on the beach

This property was great for our family of four. Well stocked kitchen and everything you could need for a beach vacation including beach chairs, umbrellas, a rolling cooler and beach towels. Jenn was great to communicate with and quick to respond. We would definitely come back!
