Enjoy the ocean breeze in your luxury 1 bedroom condo home. Wander right out to the beach or stroll past the resort putting green. The air-conditioned unit is fully equipped and recently remodeled with higher end finishes. The unit has a cal-king bed in the bedroom and comfortable queen sofa sleeper in the living room, and televisions in both. Stroll down one of the largest beaches in all of Maui for one of your morning or evening events. You can enjoy sunsets while sipping a Mai Tai pool side. This wonderful luxury condo home is sure to please with new GE washer and dryer, new stainless counter depth refrigerator, custom maple cabinets, granite counter tops and tile throughout. The resort is one of the finest on Maui. Amenities include Heated pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi, putting green onsite property manager, onsite restaurant/bar, and activities desk. Barbeque facilities and putting greens also on site. Want a quick night cocktail or dinner? The on-site boutique restaurant is a great place to relax after a day soaking up rays. On-site activity desk is ready to schedule your every desire while on your trip. Although Luau's are recommended to be booked prior to travel.

The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

Perfect Location

This condo unit was the perfect spot in Maui. I loved the first floor unit, enjoyed just walking straight out to the pool and beach. The beach is beautiful, very clean. We didn't spend a lot of time at the condo, but overall it was perfect.

This unit was wonderful. I was there for my sons’s wedding for a week and at the time I decided to get this first floor unit for easy access to the beach and pool. I was not disappointed. It was updated and was very clean. The sunset views from sugar beach are stunning. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my stay totally worry free.

We enjoyed our stay and love your condo. It was clean and the kitchen stocked everything we needed. We did not cook during our stay but you had everything that we needed when things came up. Love the location. We will be back with another family trip!

Overall, the stay was okay—I bumped it up to “good” mainly because the price was very reasonable. There were a few things that made the experience a bit tedious, like having to keep the doors open while the dryer was running, and the vent for the dryer was actually in the shower, so lint would fall down while we were trying to use it. The floors also weren’t very clean; after walking around inside, our feet turned black. We also felt a bit anxious about the towels, since the listing mentioned we’d be charged if even one was accidentally misplaced.The place worked for what we needed, but those small details definitely affected the overall comfort.

Perfect Location

This was a wonderful condo and perfect location. 3 adults stayed just shy of 2 weeks. While the condo did feel tight for 3 people, with only 1 bathroom, it was a nice condo. Sugar Beach Resort is a perfect location to stay at as you are in the middle of wherever you want to go on the island. This condo does not have an ocean view but the pool is right there and the beach is just on the other side of the pool. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai for any meal we had at the condo and enjoyed the landscape and all the birds! The condo supplied us with everything we needed and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to come to Maui.

Sugar Beach Resort was just what we were looking for. The location was a great jumping off point for exploring Maui. We enjoyed the pool area, and being able to use the grills for some of our dinners was a plus. The unit met our needs for a family of four. My only complaint is that there's an in-room safe, but it's only for the owners' use. It would be nice if it were available for guests. Otherwise, we had a great stay. Thank you!

Fantastic visit to Sugar Beach Resort!

My husband and I arrived at Sugar Beach on the first full day of our vacation. The accommodations were excellent and the staff at the resort (especially Melissa) were knowledgeable, kind and helpful! Our first floor unit was clean, well organized and comfortable. We ate lunch on the premises (good veggie burger) and bought food at the Foodmaster in Kihei, for breakfasts and snacks. We enjoyed early morning walks on the beach and sunsets in the evening. It was relaxing and a great beginning to our Maui adventure. We highly recommend.

Perfect location

We stayed in this complex last year. This unit is inside the courtyard right on the corner of the project so has one extra window. The king bed is nice and comfy, plenty of pillows blankets, etc. All you could ever ask for in the kitchen being a cook it was nice not having to make do. The location with the ocean steps away, perfect for the morning sunrise walk or watching sunset. The centre of town is about 10 minutes away putting this complex just outside the busy part but centrally located on the island. Will be back.

Beauty on Sugar Beach - Ground level

While you won't see the ocean from the window, you can walk right out of the balcony and be on the beach in 200 steps. The convinience of the ground level was fantastic. I loved being able to walk straight out of the lanai and avoid the elevator/stairs. The condo itself was beautiful, newly renovated. One of the things that I especially appreciated was all the hooks in the hallway to hang jackets and towels on. FANTASTIC! The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was GORGEOUS, and we had no issues with anything! we will be back!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this Kihei property. It was exactly what we needed. This was our first time staying in south Maui. We normally stay on the West side when we visit. This condo was in a great location. Not too far from the airport and an easy drive to get to Walmart and Costco when we needed things. The kitchen was fully supplied with everything you need to fix meals. The location of the condo itself on the property was perfect. We really liked being on the ground level. It gave the kids a chance to just run out to the pool or beach. The lanai was wonderful to have open on breezy days. It can get very windy! We'd stay at this condo again!

The location and condo were great but there are a few things to look out for. Firstly the shower runs cold a lot! Wait for the water to run but may not be more than luke warm. There are few kitchen supplies, would be nice if they replenished. When they say check out at 11, they mean it. I left my purse in the suite to lock the car and it wouldn’t let me in at 11:01! Had to call the property manager

Over-all a nice unit

Had we not had an issue with our shower draining (or not, as the case was) we would have had a pleasant stay. We received a text when we were in flight to Maui stating that the housekeeper found the shower draining a "bit" slow and that it would be fixed as soon as possible. We checked in on Monday March 13 and were told a plumber would be out Tuesday after 2 to fix the issue. In the meantime, we are showering in water over our feet which is highly unsanitary but we deal with it. Well, 2pm came and went with no plumber or communication from the property management. Finally, we received a response to our 2nd text Tuesday night stating we would be first on the list Wednesday. This makes 3 days’ worth of showers with water up over the top of our feet. The response from management wasn't one of compassion but of excuses as to why it took so long to get it repaired. This put a real damper on our entire stay with this facility. I would not recommend simply because there was absolutely no customer service. Otherwise, as the title states it was a nice unit with visually appealing grounds and a decent beach within very short walk. They have a nice-looking pool area which we did not use as well as a cool BBQ spot for groups (or individuals) to use.

Great location

The property is centrally located since it is on the northern end of South Maui which made a quick drive in either direction to get to the other towns along the shore. We enjoyed the short walk across the lawn to the ocean and appreciated the property amenities including the bar/restaurant and snorkel rental. The condo had at least 4 beach towels, 2 lawn chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 2 rain umbrellas and a small cooler. Our kids shared the pull-out sofa bed and thought it was one of the more comfortable ones they've slept on. Maui was beautiful and we loved out stay at Sugar Beach!
