The lanai will allow you to take in the amazing views of the Pacific Ocean as you drink your coffee while relaxing at sunset. This an amazing unit the helps you relax. The unit comes with a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Barbecue next to the beach and watch whales from pool side. The resort has an onsite activities desk, sandwich shop and bar, and equipment rental. Close to it all, whale watching, snorkeling, scuba, hiking, biking, surfing, paddle boarding, and dining. The resort is one of the finest on Maui. Amenities include Heated pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi, onsite property manager, onsite restaurant/bar, and activities desk. Barbecue facilities and putting greens also on site. Want a quick night cocktail or dinner? The on-site boutique restaurant is a great place to relax after a day soaking up rays.

This wonderful luxury condo home is sure to please with new GE washer and dryer, new stainless counter depth refrigerator, custom maple cabinets, granite counter tops and tile throughout. The resort is one of the finest on Maui. Amenities include Heated pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi, putting green onsite property manager, onsite restaurant/bar, and activities desk. Barbeque facilities and putting greens also on site. Want a quick night cocktail or dinner? The on-site boutique restaurant is a great place to relax after a day soaking up rays. On-site activity desk is ready to schedule your every desire while on your trip. Although Luau's are recommended to be booked prior to travel.

The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

Lovely Spot

We really enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach. Condo was well equipped with beach gear and had great views from the lanai. If I had to comment on anything it would be a better equipped kitchen and more basic house hold products. Also, they were very accommodating when our flights were changed a few months out from staying. Would 100% book again if looking to stay in the area. Mahalo

Easy access to beach and pool. Not far from local restaurants and shops.

Beautiful Condo on the Beach

Beautiful Condo on the beach. Very comfortable and clean. Loved eating our Breakfast out on the Lanai each morning with the view of the Ocean and a nice breeze. Enjoyed Dinas Sandwitch on site for a cocktail and some appetizers or a light dinner. Love Sugar Beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what I was looking for

The view of the ocean was amazing from the balcony. We drove around the island and checked out different areas and beaches and we felt that Sugar Beach was one of the best. There is a little sandwich shop and bar right there on the grounds, good food and great service. We were helped out with reservations for our excursions on the property. The king size bed was very comfortable. There are grocery stores, shops and restaurants only a few miles away. We would definitely stay here again.

Kihei Getaway

The Sugar Beach condo was awesome. It was exactly as advertised with a simple, easy check in process. Clean, updated and well appointed. The only issue was the strong winds in the Kihei area. I believe the strong winds are a winter issue because when we were in Kihei in August 2012 there was no wind. Overall Sugar Beach Resort was amazing and fully worth the 10-1/2 hour flight.

Good facility and beach front

The unit is clean with fully equipped kitchen, good ocean view from the balcony. We didnt like the strong gusty wind blowing all day in the area. Also you can hear noise coming from upstairs, downstairs, and stairs. Door is hard to locked, never understood how it works. The counter stools are very uncomfortable!

Lack of communication ruins the experience

We had questions about checking in, but we’re not responded to until the day after we checked in. It was ridiculous. To just not respond is inexcusable. They said they were too busy to respond. Also inexcusable.
