Oceanfront Ground-Floor Condo – Lanai, A/C, Steps to Sugar Beach

  • You can't get closer to the ocean! Step off of the lanai on to the grass and take a couple of steps to the sand. This is truly an oceanfront condo. The Fully equipped kitchen is open to the living and dining areas creating a large living space. The bedroom has a king bed and the bathroom is just off of the bedroom. The living room has a sofa bed, allowing this condo to accommodate up to four people. Great value on an Ocean Front condo located on the Ground Floor, just steps from the beach and the Ocean.

    Complex Amenities:

    Note: Each year the pool will be closed for repairs for two weeks, starting the second week of September. This year (2026) the Sugar Beach Resort pool area will be closed beginning 9/14/26 and reopening 9/19/26.
