Beautiful view
The view was absolutely beautiful. The condo was well stocked and comfortable. Very nice welcome basket was left for us, which was a nice treat. The bedroom was not very cool and we tried to use the fan to cool it off which did help. Unfortunately, most of the time that we were there, we were unable to swim because the water was too rough and brown. You could sit on the beach in the morning but not the afternoon because of the wind. Overall it was a great location.

Location, location, location
This is the perfect location if you would like to be on the beach, but also right off of main roads that will take you anywhere else you want to go in Maui. The unit is small, but perfectly fine for two people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need and many things that you wouldn’t even think of. It is nice to have beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella at your disposal as well. We loved having our morning coffee on the balcony, and the only thing I would add to this unit would be, a comfortable lounge chair on the balcony to sit and read. The beach itself is very quiet and Sandy. We did have a few problems during our stay but the local Vacasa team was very responsive.
I must mention, however, that one of the issues was an exterminator came without any advance notice during our stay. I now see that I am not the first person to complain of this. Vacasa must see that this never happens to anybody else.! I would not hesitate to book this unit again, but I would also make sure that this wouldn’t happen during my stay. The unit itself is great.

Welcome gifts were unexpected and very thoughtful!! Couldn't ask for a better view and the unit was perfect for us. We explored other parts of the island and decided we found a gem in Sugar Beach properties!! Thank you for opening your property for us to enjoy
