Amenities include newer tile floors, all tile bath with walk-in shower and a new split AC system in the bedroom and living room. This condo will sleep 4 comfortably with a King Size Bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. For sports lovers there's an extended cable sports tier which includes the Golf Channel. Parking is complimentary and WIFI is unlimited. Condo #05 is part of the Kihei Kai Rental Association which has an on-site office and an after-hour phone number for your convenience.
