Enjoy spectacular panoramic ocean views from this 2 bedroom condo in a truly private setting! Location is everything and this unit features lovely ocean views from the living area, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom and three lanais and is situated away from all roads and the associated road noise. This two bedroom, two bath Wailea Ekolu condo overlooks the the famous Wailea Old Blue Course. It provides a fully-equipped kitchen s and washer and dryer in the unit. The unit is fully air-conditioned with wall units to keep you cool in bed or as you relax in the living room. If you prefer the outdoors, step right out onto your lanai where you can enjoy an outstanding ocean view. Enjoy sunset cooking with the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you need. For your convenience there is a washer and dryer. There is cable TV in each room, along with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. The master bedroom features ocean views, a private lanai, and a brand new king size bed. The guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a King prior to your arrival upon request. The unit is equipped with to full bathrooms, both with walk-in showers, the master bathroom is en-suite. Enjoy your time at the beach without planning; beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach cooler are all provided for your fun-filled days at the ocean. BBQ grills are not allowed on individual unit lanais in compliance with fire code restrictions. Community grilling stations are available. Whether you are craving the time at the world-class beaches, premier shopping, or taking a few strokes off your golf-game, unit 308 at the Wailea Ekolu will more than satisfy your needs! The unit sleeps 4.

You can’t ask for a better location and view, just wonderful. Unit is looking a bit tired but is still great for two couples. Would recommend.

Views, Views, Views!!

The condo has amazing views. We enjoyed having dinner on the lanai over looking the golf course and gorgeous sunsets. It is well furnished with lots of utensils, basic spices and pots and pans as well as a washer and dryer. Beach towels, chairs and ice chest are available too. It was very warm when we arrived and hard to cool down. The unit has wall mount air conditioners in 3 rooms but it could not keep the unit cool. The blinds in the master bedroom were broken and the ceiling fan makes a groaning sound. Given our short stay we did not contact property manager with the issues.

Great location and property!

We had a wonderful time! This was my first time to Maui and we made the right choice to stay at this property. The views form the condo are gorgeous and it is within walking distance of all the major resorts for food and shopping centers for whatever you need! The condo was well equipped with beach supplies (chairs, cooler, and towels) for four people. We found basic kitchen supplies available which was great and we bought specifics that we needed. Bathrooms had laundry detergent, ample towels, soap, and shampoo and conditioner. Overall, a great place to stay! Thank you!

Relaxing in Paradise with an Awesome View

Very nice, very reasonably priced and the view from one of the units was Great, while the view from the other was OUTSTANDING! Location was 3 minutes from the Shops at Wailea (Mall) or Wailea Village (Mall) for fun food options and strolling through high-end stores. 10-minute drive to great beaches and each unit had beach chairs, towels and portable coolers to use at your discretion. We all had a wonderful time and plan to stay here again next fall (maybe sooner). Highly recommend for a relaxing, reasonably priced stay in Wailea!

Save Your Money

While this condo offers an INCREDIBLE ocean view in a great location and is mostly clean, it leaves a lot to the be desired. This unit is lacking basic beach equipment (enough beach chairs, umbrella, cooler) that all other condos we’ve rented on the Maui have had. The kitchen is ill equipped for cooking in and the bathrooms are not stocked with any small toiletries beyond bar soap. Even the hand soap in the kitchen was watered down with things floating in it. It feels as though the owner is likely only in it for the money and does not ever stay at the unit, as is evident with the broken blinds in the master and broken screen door, AC drainage, and unresolved termite and wasp nests in the second bedroom. Until some basic upgrades are made, I’d recommend saving your money.

Amazing Views, Convenient Location

Great condo for a group of four. Located very close to the Wailea area with an easy 10 minute drive to Kihei as well. Second floor unit overlooks the golf course and has sweeping views of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again!
