We had an amazing stay at this property in Maui! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was comfortable with an amazing view. It had everything we needed.The location was perfect — close to the beach, great restaurants, and local shops, but still felt peaceful and private. This was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommend!
An absolutely amazing stay at this location. Box seats to the ocean, incredible Coral Tree management team, and clean/comfortable unit. We plan to rebook for 2025!!
This condo is all one could hope for!! Great location very near the front of the complex with a patio with a perfect sunset view. The condo was fully equipped with every amenity needed, including beach chairs. The king bed was super comfortable, and Coral Tree, the property manager, was a great host. We requested fresh towel halfway through which was no problem. We will be back!!
Condo was spacious, updated and well-equipped. Check in with Coral Tree was easy and convenient. Just steps to beach and 2 pools.The listing says no steps. While there are no steps from the beachfront lanai, there are definitely steps from the parking area.

Fantastic location
We really enjoyed our stay at Elua Village #1301. Everything was as we expected it: easy to check in, easy to find, and the condo is very well appointed. Quite comfortable, with lots of room for two people.
As the condo is next to one of the walking paths to the beach, you do get used to having people walking by on a regular basis, but it wasn't intrusive. And, it's so nice to be so close to the beach! Probably no more than about 150 yards from the lanai, I think.
It was nice to have A/C in the unit, as Maui was experiencing an ususually hot week. We were very comfortable, though, especially at night.
You're about a 5-7 minute walk away from the Shops at Wailea, along the seafront path,and up through the resort. You're also only a 5-minute walk from the Andaz, where we enjoyed a few dinners.
