Our lovely Condo A13 is sunny south Kihei Maui was completely remodeled in May 2022. The new Mitsubishi A/C in the living room keeps the entire condo cool for your comfort. This beautiful & comfortable vacation home can fit an extra guest or two on the sleeper sofa for a small daily fee of $42/pp/night for each additional guest. A child under the age of two at the time of arrival will count towards the number of guests allowed, however the extra fee will not be charged for the child.

The KITCHEN is stocked with essentials and everything you'll need to prepare your meals. We'll start you off with a wonderful welcome basket with snacks & a packet of Maui Coffee for your drip coffeemaker in case you arrive late at night.

Our pub height dining room table has 2 comfortable chairs and stools - you'll want to spend hours at the table catching up or playing cards/games here.

The sectional sleeper sofa is perfect for for two to stretch out after a hard day's play while streaming your favorite tv shows on the large Roku SmartTV.

Our central location makes it easy to access all that Maui has to offer - a great place to start in any direction you adventures take you. An abundance of dining & shopping options ranging form casual to upscale awaits you in S. Kihei, Wailea, & Pa'ia - all short drives from Kihei Sands.

We'll have two Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a TB umbrella, beach cooler and beach towels for you in the condo. Take them with you when you check out Maui's gorgeous beaches.

Don't like sand in your suit & belly button? Our just-right-size crystal clear pool is perfect for dipping in while working on your tan and reading a book you borrowed from one of our two libraries. We've got noodles for the pool and boogie boards for the beach for you to use and enjoyment.

Our beautifully maintained lawn has plenty of chaise lounges and umbrellas that are steps from the beach. The outdoor shower is where you'll stop to wash the sand off your toes and beach or water toys.

You'll have tranquil night sleeping on our new KING mattress and bedding. Stream your favorite shows in bed if your partner prefers watching their shows in the living room.

Walk out of your condo and onto Maui's longest beach - no stairs or elevators to deal with. Forgot Something? You're always just a few steps from your vacation home-sweet- home!

Grill on one of two BBQs located at the hub of our property - the oceanfront patio where you'll talk story with other guests or enjoy lone time at one of the tables or lounge chairs. Here is where everyone gathers to watch Maui's spectacular sunsets each evening.
