The pool was so nice in the afternoons and the bar area is great with cozy couches and a TV and books. In less then 5 minutes u are at the beach and I always looked forward to a nice greeting by Moses the security guard and Daniel our friendly waiter/bartender. Don’t hesitate to stay here! "The Lawford was a lovely place to stay in Malindi. The 3 bedroom villa and private pool were amazing. Large upstairs and downstairs lounge areas. Lots of space for everyone. There was a full kitchen with all the pots, pans, utensils etc. Service was great. Staff were delightful. Had fun with pool and table tennis. We would live there, if we could! Our neighbors were a bit loud but management tried to help with the situation. The beach is close but the water was brown and not “inviting.” There is a river just north that drains into the ocean right above the property. We would definitely visit again!"
