Koloa Landing Resort at Poipu, Autograph Collection
6/10 Okay
"Pool is great for young children. Views less of an ocean view, more a few of the parking lot. All parking lot from lower rooms; mix of parking lot and ocean from high rooms"
"The view was fabulous! Our 2 bed 2 bath, needs some love. The ceiling needs to be painted, looks like a few leaks caused discoloration. The king bed is very hard, we ended up buying a foam bed topper, so we could sleep comfortably. The pool is in need of love to, very rough on the feet. It is also not on the property, but across the street. It us in a great location."
"The views were amazing. The room was lovely, although it could use updating and there was a weird stand in our tub. However, it was cleaned and the bed was quite comfortable. The pool was lovely and you could tell it was well maintained. My only complaint in that area would be the towel bar was not open the entire time. We did not get the opportunity to experience this spa. The food at rumfire was quite good, although a little overpriced. However, this is Hawaii and everything is. The service. Was top notch the entire time we had an excellent server. Unfortunately I forget her name or I would mention her here. Our check-in experience was phenomenal and every interaction we had with the staff was lovely. "
"Clean, comfortable, no pests. Friendly and helpful staff. Cozy and rustic plantation cabins. The outside furniture was a bit worn and many cobwebs in the rear. We didn’t have enough wash cloths, hand towels or coffee. We called for a delivery but they never came. Second request in person and they were immediately delivered. Will return. "
"Pool was nice, but the beach just behind it was even better! The resort villas, were updated recently, looking very nice and big king bed. It was pretty quiet, and room service every day. The onsite restaurants onsite were really good and reasonably priced. But, even better is there were many other options within easy walking distance. A long constant sand beach to many other resorts as well."
"The room was clean but the property had clutter that needed to be cleaned up. My room had no issues, had no ocean view, the park and ocean view are a block away. I cooked on the barbeque and used the pavilion, that was great. The beach near the hotel has cloudy water from the river, a few miles down the road are perfect beaches."
"Loved the location right on the beach! Easy access to many fun places within walking distance. Only downside of the house was that it doesn’t have AC & the nights were hot (even with windows open). We usually stay in hotels in Hawaii and having AC makes for better sleeping."
