"The rooms looked nothing like pictured on the website. The staff didn’t help except provide an extra fan when the room was too hot. Apparently they were “fully booked” and couldn’t relocate us. The parking lot wasn’t full.. The window was open upon arrival which also had an active bird nest outside of It. With the window open bugs were all over the room. The remote didn’t have a back and couldn’t change channels. Honestly after a long day this was just awful to come to . The Manager tried calling me but was on a tour, I tried calling back but never heard back. Would not recommend this hotel. And avoid the one elevator and walk the extra few hundred feet to the rooms. It felt unsafe.."

"Absolutely love love love this hotel. This was our second time staying here and will definitely be staying here every time we visit Ireland. The staff, food, drinks, and rooms are all fantastic. I can’t praise this place enough. Rooms are a perfect size, the property is beautiful, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean and also a great size. Zero complaints This is the place to go!"

"Such a lovely hostel with outdoor gardens. Friendly and helpful staff. A clean room and warm blankets. We ordered an 8€ breakfast that included fresh fruit, croissants, fresh soda bread, cheeses, granola and yogurt. I highly recommend this accommodation. It's also a 5 minute walk to the promenade on the water."
