"I stayed at Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort for 2 nights. The resort is set in a truly beautiful location with a vast estate that feels very peaceful. The rooms are large, comfortable, and spotless, and the gym is well equipped. I was especially impressed with the food at the bar – the Gourmet Lamb Burger and the slow-cooked Veal Shank were outstanding. Staff throughout the hotel were welcoming and friendly, adding to the positive experience. On the downside, breakfast was a little underwhelming – the choice was limited and the quality didn’t quite match the other dining experiences. Despite the estate’s size, there are no walking trails, which feels like a missed opportunity. Also, the tap water came out brown, which wasn’t ideal. Overall, this is a solid 4-star experience – a beautiful place to relax with excellent bar food and friendly service, but with a few areas that could be improved."

"This is an amazing Hotel, a lovely blend of the modern bedrooms with the nostalgic stately home for the other areas. Mattresses very hard for me, but then that can be personal preference, but I struggled to sleep. Staff very friendly and super attentive to the needs of guests. This would be a beautiful wedding venue, with the quality of the food, the awesome staff coupled with an idyllic location, 5 stars"

"Nice comfortable room in a retro style. Large TV with digital streaming apps such as Netflix etc. Just a few steps from the bus stops to/from Dublin Airport. Added bonus, at the end of the corridor there was a door through to a very nice external Chinese Restaurant."

"Very nice hotel. Comfortable with lovely staff. Receptionist exceptionally nice. Bedrooms are lovely amd comfortable and fridge had 2 jugs of filtered water. It was lovely to have enough water and not have to buy plastic bottles. Food was amazing. "

"It was amazing dinner and breakfast and we are enjoying at talbot Carlow hotel and there is swimming and sauna and hot deep box and bowling next door and foods shopping over road and shame as we have not got time to do at gym oh never mind and the manager and staff are helpful and friendly and thank you to them for hard work and bed help us comfort sleep and smile 👍😇thank you again "
