Please note:

No party groups are permitted.
Pets: Must be disclosed at the time of booking. Dogs up to 20 lbs are welcome with approval. A $200 pet fee will be added after confirmation. Unauthorized or undisclosed pets will be charged a fee of $500.
Electric vehicles: Charging is not permitted on the property.
Linens: Bath linens and kitchen towels are provided. Guests must bring their own bed sheets and beach towels.
A starter supply of kitchen essentials is included.
Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet.
HOUSE RULES AND PROPERTY CARE

We ask all guests to treat our home with the same care they would their own.

Before checkout, please:
• Place all trash in designated containers.
• Wash or start the dishwasher for used dishes.
• Leave furniture and décor in their original locations.
• Report any accidental damage that occurs during your stay.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING

The cleaning fee included with your reservation covers normal turnover cleaning between guests. If the property requires excessive cleaning due to unusual conditions, including but not limited to excessive trash, stains, bodily fluids, smoking, unauthorized pets, party-related cleanup, or other conditions beyond normal use, additional cleaning charges may be assessed.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs for damaged items, fixtures, furnishings, appliances, décor, or other property components may be charged through the booking platform in accordance with applicable policies.
