This top-floor 2-bedroom is the rare rental with a dedicated desk area for remote work or school — set under high vaulted ceilings, steps from a large picture window with spectacular coastline views. Log off, and the same view follows you out to the large private balcony.

Recently Updated, Seriously Stocked

The updates run through the whole condo: new mattresses in both queen bedrooms, a new La-Z-Boy in the living area (dibs will be called), a 65" Ultra Smart TV with Roku up front and new TVs in the bedrooms. The open kitchen with breakfast bar got the full refresh too — brand-new pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, and glassware, plus a Ninja gourmet coffee maker and a Keurig, a toaster, and a stocked spice rack. An Echo Bluetooth speaker keeps the soundtrack going.

A queen sleeper sofa brings sleeping capacity to six, beds are made for your arrival, and a washer and dryer in the condo plus free Wi-Fi round it out. Your dog is welcome too ($150 plus tax per dog).

Good to Know

Elevator access takes you to the top floor (the elevator is a community amenity, not controlled by the homeowner, and cannot be guaranteed). This unit doesn't include a guest storage locker, so bring your beach chairs along.
