  • Perfect for families, this home provides access to the Colington Harbour Community Swimming Pool (Opens May 24 - Closes Mid to Late September), Tennis Courts, Boat Launch for a small fee, and Soundside Beach area w/Playground. The beautiful Outer Banks beaches are a short drive away where you will find ample parking and public access.

    Ground Level: Parking for 3 Cars and Steps to Main Entry.

    Main Level: Living/Dining/Kitchen Area, TV, 3 Bedrooms (Private Suite w/King, Full Bath; 1 w/Queen, 1 w/2 Singles), Full Hall Bath, and Access to Sun Deck.

    Features include: C/AC - Heat, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, TVs, DVDs, Phone, Wireless Internet, and Ceiling Fans.

    No Pets Allowed. No Smoking Allowed.

    Linens and towels can be provided for a fee of $125.

    $69 Damage Waiver in sub-total is the premium for an accidental tenant damage insurance policy that covers up to $3000.

    Optional Travel Insurance is available through property manager.

    SIGNATURE OF PROPERTY MANAGER'S RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED

    Payment Schedule: First payment is due upon signature of rental agreement. Final payment due 45 days prior to check-in.
