This is a large three bedroom freshly renovated upstairs apartment located central to restaurants, shopping and of course the beach. Venture through the neighborhood and explore the beautiful side walk along the bay that actually leads to the Wright Brothers Monument! This Airbnb offers you a well appointed fully stocked apartment for all of your Outer Banks vacation needs.

Guests will have access to the entire second floor apartment with the exception of locked owner`s closet. The downstairs fenced in area is shared.

*Hurricane season is June to November, please see Airbnb policy regarding weather events: `Weather events, natural conditions, and diseases that are excluded from our Extenuating Circumstances Policy` There will be no refunds related to weather events. If this concerns you I encourage you to purchase trip insurance.
*This property is treated for insects on a regular basis by Outer Banks Pest Control. The technician may need to gain access to your unit during your stay. You will be notified prior to the service.
* Along with the lovable wildlife we have here on the Island you may encounter others that are not so lovable. Listed below are a few of the most common pests:
- Lizards and frogs: Harmless and small, but sometimes could be seen if it rains.
- Spiders and snakes: Many species both venomous and non-venomous. When you are on the sound, stay away from grassy marsh areas as this is where they live. They wont bother you if you don`t bother them.
- No-see-ums: Looks like a flea but flies - best avoided by utilizing insect repellant.
- Biting flies: On days when the west winds have been blowing, they fly over from inland and a nuisance on the beach. Wear bug spray and it will help.
- Palmetto Bugs: Looks like a cockroach - harmless but plentiful. Every home on the OBX has them, just part of the island life.
- House flies and gnats: the love AC so if there is a window cracked or the door open, they invite themselves in.
- Mosquitos: around sunset and on the sound these little guys come out to play and after a lot of rain the are quite the pest. Insect repellant may be helpful.
Locals must contact host prior to booking.

No stays longer than 28 days unless otherwise approved.
No parties/events/gatherings or unregistered guests outside of reservation. In respect to our neighbors, Quiet hours are from 9p-8a and strictly enforced.
No tampering with noise decibel alarm. This alarm is designed to measure only noise decibels and is not a recording device. It is required per our insurance company to prevent neighborhood disturbances.
No Smoking. A smoking fee of $200 if unreported smell of smoke is found upon checkout.
No pets allowed.
Parking for 2 vehicles is available on right hand side of the driveway. Left side is for the downstairs unit.
Government ID must be shown upon request.
Checkout is at 10am. Late fees will apply at $20 for each 10 minutes that checkout goes past 10am. (Unless you received written approval through Airbnb communication with host) Our house cleaner is on a tight schedule and must start cleaning immediately after checkout time.
No third party bookings. Guest that books must stay at property. Third party bookings will be canceled without refund.
