Beautiful electric fireplace. 3 expansive waterfront decks with the mid one totally screened in and covered. Huge gas grill on top deck, 2 back yard boat docks for fishing and crabbing. One lower dock for easy access boarding your kayaks. A custom built ladder to exit canal. Swimming paddle boarding in canal is permitted at your own risk. Bring your boat, kayaks, jet skis paddle board etc. or rent them from a local company. Deep water canals with quick access to the sound and ocean for boaters. Boat ramp is located in the Harbor by the clubhouse. Small launch fee for that. Private beach and park located just a mile or so from the house. The Ocean is a 10 minute car ride away. A small princess balcony off the expansive private Master Bedroom . The views are AMAZING! The night sky from top decks is the perfect place to stargaze, enjoy sunrises for you early birds and colorful sunsets. The Wright Brothers Monument and Ocean front just minutes away.
