Great location. Staff in restaurant/bar excellent. Dripping faucet, two of four lamps not working, fire alarm in middle of night prevented sleep.

Good location and a comfortable hotel
Nice, clean, comfortable hotel in a nice locaation. It's a small hotel and with that comes a friendlly helpful service. The room we stayed in was adequate with a king size bed, TV, table and all the usual furniture that you expect. It's a short 10 or 15 minute pleasant walk into town and probably much quicker that taking the car as Killaloe is the first feasible crossing of the Shannon after Lough Derg which means it can be quite busy with traffic

This hotel has very friendly staff, a very welcoming atmosphere and is situated in an area of outstanding beauty. The breakfast was served hot, good choice and very tasty.
