Close to town centre
On arrival it was necessary to seek assistance from neighbouring hotel in order to gain entry to room - no staff available at reception. Front of hotel very dated with broken tiles and paintwork worn. Room was dated and floor carpet not clean as was bathroom. TV was small with no remote control and only RTE1 and 2. Breakfast was ok. WIFII and internet facilities not working despite an IT technician saying it would be fixed in 30 minutes. Disappointed with hotel that made me cancel my second night and moved further afield. Would not stay there again.

hotel service nice, old bedding and decor
Nice enough staff, parking not great but room, had to park a couple hotels down. The room was clean enough but very old bedding and curtains in poor shape and mismatched, the room was very drab and small. The food was good. The location was good. They had just installed new carpet so maybe they will update the rest.I would not stay there again.

This get a 5 Star rating when you consider the price. Its a budget hotel so i don't like when people complain about the condition of the hotel especially when you pay hostel prices.

la chambre sous les toits (vélux) ne correspondait pas du tout à la description lors de la réservation. Lit défoncé, salle de bains sale, moquette constellée de taches.pas de personnel multilingue, pas de climatisation. Le salon commun meublé de canapés défoncés...la salle de restauration aux rideaux douteux, froissés...

Für einen Städtetripp gut geeignet
Wir waren 1 Nacht, Zimmer okay, groß. 2 Einzelbetten wie bestellt - allerdings sehr hart, Wasserkocher inkl. Kaffee/Tee, Bad okay, super WIFI empfang. In der Straße hat es 3 HarmonyIn. Dieses und das GlenaHous sind fast nebeneinander. Lage super - ca. 5 - 10 Minuten ins Zentrum - tolles Städtchen Einziger haken: die drei Häuser hängen glaube ich alle an einer Zentrale - ich hatte angerufen ob es ginge früher einzuchecken - kein problem - als wir allerdings ankamen war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig und wir konnten wieder abfahren - wir haben dadurch 2 Std. verloren. Frühstück okay

Sehr nettes Hotelpersonal
Die Angestellten des Hotels waren sehr sehr nett und wir wurden wirklich freundlich begrüßt! Das war ein dicker Pluspunkt! Bei der Zimmerreservierung war das Frühstück einbegriffen und auch beim Frühstück war das Personal wieder überaus freundlich. Das Frühstück bot Auswahl und war reichhaltig. Bei den Zimmern hatten wir leider etwas anderes erwartet, unser Zimmer hatte keine Ähnlichkeit mit dem Zimmer auf dem eingestellten Bild. Das Zimmer roch stark nach Putzmitteln und die Möbel waren bereits älter, teilweise kaputt und abgegriffen. Der WLan Empfang reichte nicht bis zu unserem Zimmer. Zum Fernseh gab es beispielsweise keine Fernbedienung und mein Bettlaken hatte Flecken. Auf der anderen Seite war das Zimmer bis auf die Lakenflecken recht ordentlich sauber und auch das Bad. Es war für mich persönlich kein Wohlfühl- Zimmer, aber in dieser Preisklasse und für eine Nacht war es in Ordnung. Ich denke für Leute auf der Durchreise, die nettes Personal schätzen und ein Zimmer für wenig Geld suchen ist das Hotel durchaus in Ordnung.
