Sleeping up to eight guests, the house features four spacious bedrooms, including a luxurious super king master suite with ensuite bathroom, two king ensuite bedrooms, and a double bedroom with its own dedicated bathroom. Additional single beds can be provided on request, making the property ideal for families and groups travelling together.

Set almost one kilometre from the main road and accessed through electronic gates, the property offers a peaceful and secluded countryside setting with outstanding privacy and security, while remaining just minutes from Killarney's many attractions. Summer 2027 will be our first season welcoming guests to this beautiful home. While the property is new to the rental market, we are experienced hosts, having welcomed guests to our adjacent apartment, Winter Hill – Stunning Lake and Mountain Views, throughout 2026. Our previous guests have been kind enough to leave wonderful reviews, consistently praising the spectacular views, peaceful setting, comfort, attention to detail and warm hospitality.

During summer 2027, the apartment will not be rented to guests; instead, the host family will reside there. Guests enjoy complete privacy throughout their stay, while we are nearby and available should you require any assistance, local recommendations or help during your visit. Our aim is to ensure that you have everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay while giving you complete freedom to enjoy the property at your own pace.
