Guests enjoy access to Mountain Green amenities including pools, hot tubs, sauna, gym, ski lockers, and a seasonal shuttle—just minutes from the resort.

Welcome to BreezelyBruin, a warm and inviting mountain retreat tucked inside the Mountain Green community in Killington. Designed for comfort and connection, this three-bedroom, two-bath condo is the perfect place to slow down, settle in, and enjoy everything the area has to offer.

The home features a thoughtfully laid-out, single-level interior with an open living space that flows easily from the kitchen to the dining and living areas—ideal for relaxing after a day on the mountain. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy a breath of fresh Vermont air, whether it’s morning coffee or an evening wind-down.

Sleeping arrangements are flexible and comfortable, with two bedrooms featuring queen beds and a third bedroom offering a twin-over-twin bunk bed—great for kids, friends, or additional guests. Both full bathrooms are conveniently located off the hallway, making the space easy to share.

As a guest at Mountain Green, you’ll enjoy access to a full suite of amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a sauna and steam room, fitness center, ski lockers, on-site restaurant and ski shop, and a seasonal shuttle to Killington Resort. Buildings 1–2 will soon be undergoing window repairs. Building 3 is not affected at this time. Work typically takes place from 7am–5pm through November, and there may be some construction noise and limited parking. The pool and gym are not impacted. Please note that construction schedules vary by unit—see below for the specific dates related to this unit: August 17th - October 16th.
Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
