Rooms were recently renovated and were clean and comfortable. But after reservations were made, was informed by the hotel that many of the amenities advertised were not currently available. Rates were adjusted accordingly. I look forward to when these amenities are open to fully review this hotel again (it had been closed for quite some time). Front desk was almost always unattended but when there, she was VERY nice and provided upgrade details.

The bar was closed so that was a bummer. The room was clean, parking was right by my room and the location of the property is right next to the road I was traveling on. Somehow it was still very quiet!
Beautiful clean rooms. Plenty of towels. Continental breakfast. The bar and restaurant were closed down. The staff was polite and friendly. Game room was smelly and cost $$$ to play. The pool is clean and beautiful. Very comfortable atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.
Great stay! Check in was quick and easy, staff member was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and lots of choices! Will definetly be visiting again.
Very convenient location to Killington. Food and bar were great. Warm pool. Hopefully hot tub will be in service when we visit again. Great trip overall!
The continental breakfast was actually a full fresh breakfast buffet .The staff as great help full and eager to please.
this newly resurrected inn was worth another stay for sure

We had a great time there! Unfortunately restaurant and bar were under renovation, but that means they’ll be ready when we go back! Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The staff was AMAZING. We were a large group and they really made the whole stay great. They helped heat our food, clean up after us, and everythig else, and all with a big smile :)
So rare to see hospitality at its best these day.
Really had a great stay with them!!
Recommend them to anyone who wants a great stay.
This is by far one of the better well kept inn in Killington! Of course, it would be better if the walls were a bit thicker that you can’t hear the other room, but the staff is the most helpful and they do offer earplugs! This is the 2nd time that we’ve gone back as this is less than 10min drive to Killington slopes and is by far the most cost-beneficial in Killington!
Great place to stay, right next to restaurants and mountain. Newly renovated, very friendly staff. Had some trouble with WiFi, bathroom renovated, bathtub is not. Overall would definitely return.
Close to both Killington and Pico. Owner is friendly but was a little overwhelmed by the volume at check in. Once we were in our rooms everything was great. Would definitely stay again.
I expected an overpriced motel being in a resort area in peak season, but I was pleasantly surprised! The place was updated, yet had a quaint, historic inn feel to it. It was very clean and the staff pay attention to detail. The hotel breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but the bar had a cozy atmosphere. The room was adequate, but that was all we needed. The bathroom could have used some updating, but overall it was a great experience and we would stay there again.
This was a nice place to stay. The facility was dated, but very warm and homey. Prefer to have some leeway and help with checking in. I didn’t like that we had to sit in the parking waiting until EXACTLY 3:00 to check in since no one was on the front desk. Very comfortable room with wonderfully comfortable bed.
Clean inn with clean bedrooms. Nice pool (although not heated enough) and dry sauna. Front desk assistant managers are so welcoming and helpful. We wish they offer cleaning during our stay but we didn’t ask if they offered. Also, this if the first time when we didn’t struggle with the lack of towels - they were plenty!
The Grey Bonnet exceeded our expectations. From the intimate feel of the lobby and shared spaces, to the impressive decor, to the attention to detail, and finally the delicious breakfast, we were overwhelmed! We travelled for a ski weekend with our family including young adults and teenagers, and this Inn was a perfect fit! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is kind, going out of their way to make everyone feel welcomed. The Inn is convenient to the mountain and easily managed all of our ski gear. This was a perfect escape and created a great atmosphere for family time. We can’t wait to return!
Just reopened not to long ago and they are doing remodeling. It does have a lodge style feel and is only 5 minutes from k-1 base lodge. I would recommend if your there for the riding.

Good for what it is. Very close to Killington (12 min drive), inexpensive, safe, easy to park.
The floors in our room were dirty (lots of ice melt, dirt, etc.) and there were a 1-2 things laying around that didn't belong to us.
Staff was exceptional and very friendly. Overall, 3/10
We recently stayed here this past weekend. The owner Paul goes above and beyond, you can see he takes pride in making his guests feel comfortable. He is so accommodating and was always checking on us to make sure everything was good. He recently renovated and everything was perfect. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The main areas were super clean and pristine! The location is so close to Killington. We will definitely come back and stay again! 😊
The inn is newly renovated and very nice inside. Especially the lobby and common areas. Rooms are basic but also renovated and clean. Walls are thin however and you can hear conversations in the room next door. Bed was very firm which I liked but my partner did not as she prefers something softer. But obviously that’s someone’s personal text.
All staff are great!...organized, friendly and professional. Our room, bathroom and linens were clean. On a Friday evening, we ate at The Tavern. Our salads and chicken chili were fresh and delicious...food and drinks were reasonably priced. The weekend buffet offers a wide variety of hot items and is constantly refreshed by staff. The facility has the feel of a lodge and there are several spacious common areas which offer a place for guests to relax outside of their hotel rooms. This includes a casual dining room, comfy room with several sofas, a television, fireplace and piano and a game room in the basement. While we did not use the pool, sauna or fitness center, we did check it out while it was open and the guests who had just finished up and were leaving said it was excellent. I would definitely book at this location again.

This hotel is trying hard with what it has, but it falls well short of my expectations for quality, service, and value. Even considering Killington, the $300-600 per night charge is outrageous for what would be a sub $100 hotel any other occasion. It was loud; so loud, they give away earplugs in the reception. There is no service of any kind. When I asked about accommodations for the weather and canceling a room, they didn’t bother to enquire how my stay was and made no effort to retain me as a customer or help in any way. If you just need a room and don’t want more, the beds are comfortable, the shower works, and the rooms are small but functional. The fitness area was good. Breakfast was very poor but extensive. Otherwise, this is a poor choice of hotel for any other needs.
