Warm and cozy stay at Killington

We have stayed on this place twice within the year and loved it both times! Very well maintained, spacious and cozy, it has room for everyone. The kitchen is equipped with everything and more, linens and towels are crispy clean, firewood is in abundance and the views are spectacular. Jacuzzi is a big plus, too! We appreciate the owner’s quick response and detailed checking and checkout instructions, it was a pleasure to stay again! Thank you!

Absolutely great location. Such a nice neighborhood with terrific restaurants! The condo was so comfortable and well equipped right down to a scale in bathroom which I used after eating at all the restaurants. We were there in summer but wow a winter vacation there would be awesome.

This experience was exceptional. From the comfortable furniture to the cleanliness it is truly one of the best places I’ve ever been to.the kitchen is stocked with spices and seasonings and grocery stores are within 5-10 minutes. The restaurants around this area are also great, and when you get back you can go into the sauna or the large hot tub upstairs. the candles also smell beautiful but my favorite is the chocoholic. If I could rate this house 1000000000 stars I would👍

Great stay at The Woods in Killington

It was great to stay at this well kept and conveniently located condo in Killington, VT. Driving distance to the mountain was under 10 min, with many restaurants and grocery store within 5 min drive. The unit had everything needed for enjoyable and care free stay, from full stoked kitchen to linens, towels, and toiletries. Bonus: the condo has its own sauna and huge jacuzzi, so plan a stay in day just to enjoy those amenities. The resort also offers spa services at 15% off for guests. Overall, we had an incredible experience and bringing our cat along the way made a huge difference. Thank you, Michael!

Perfect for family ski vacation

Our family of four plus our 2yo Goldendoodle were very comfortable here on our recent ski vacation to Killington. The condo has everything you'll need. We appreciated how peaceful it was, and yet the mountain and restaurants are just minutes away. Michael was very responsive. We'd definitely stay here again.

Comfy condo with easy Killington access

Four of us rented this great condo for a ski week. It was super clean, comfortable, well appointed, and very convenient to everything on the access road. The nice surprise was the upgraded master suite, including the sauna! Communication with the owner was easy and fast. We have stayed in other places in The Woods before, and we always love the the spa and brewery as well. We'll definitely bookmark this unit.

I use VRBO multiple times per year for ski vacations, and other mini-vacations, and have stayed in units all over the country. We also have rented in The Woods in other units in the past. This particular unit has a nice floor plan, and was a good size for myself and my 2 kids, but was not at all clean. The kitchen was pretty gross due to no garbage disposal and the sink continuing to back up for most of the time I was there. The management company did respond quickly, but it was still an issue that I had to deal with several times and throughout the week. The inside of the kitchen cabinets was disorganized, and full of garbage and debris; I spent an hour my first day organizing and cleaning the inside of the cabinets so I could see what was there. I had to throw out a lot of garbage that had been left there by other renters. The laundry area had visible caked debris and dust on the floor and shelves, and the bathrooms had visible red mold in the grout, etc. Granted, most skiiers might not be in the unit as much as we were, but we ate most of our meals in the unit, and we did take a day off from skiing and hung out in the unit most of the day. After seeing the state of cleanliness and upkeep of the kitchen, laundry, and baths, the unit was much less enjoyable. I would not rent here again.

This is our third stay at this condo. We love the location and the condo and the fact we can bring our dogs. However, this visit the Wi-Fi would not work. The owner responded quickly and tried to help but it would not work with any consistency.

The Woods

Loved this place. It was nearly perfect for our stay. It was very well equipped, had plenty of parking, was inviting and had a cozy outside patio. The condo was perfectly clean and in a great spot for our hiking trip. The upstairs full bathroom off the master bedroom and loft was a little tricky. Although it contained an extra large jacuzzi, that jacuzzi also contained the shower. The shower was awkward in that when it was turned on it sprayed directly onto the faucet for the jacuzzi which caused water to spray all over the room. It was also difficult to redirect the shower head to avoid getting water all over the room. The jaccuzzi, although luxiurious was difficult to enter due to the height of its walls and there was not really a flat place to stand for a shower. This was the second full bathrroom in the house. The other full bathroom was off another bedroom on a different floor and therefore not readily accessible to those stayiing upstairs. Our host was fabulous providing ease of entry and information when needed. We would totally stay here again.
