"My daughter and 2 twin granddaughters had a great time. The place was in a nice location and had everything we needed. Was nice that it had beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards and other beach toys for the kids as we spent most of the time at many of the beaches on the island. It is close to the Coconut Marketplace, so if we needed anything, shopping, food, restaurants, was nice that it was walking distance. Best of all the weather was awesome! Mahalo!"

"Great Condo that was in a very quiet complex. No noise between walls like other condos we have stayed at. Felt very private and we had everything that we needed to have a wonderful stay! "This condo unit is right above the beach and overlooks Wailua Bay Beach. We could watch surfers, swimmers and fishermen right from our lanai. We saw whales only twice; a long distance away; but also saw a large pod of dolphins right in front. The location is an easy drive to anywhere else on the island."

"Condo was as described. We arrived after dark and had difficulty finding the exact condo due to lack of outdoor lighting. Walking up to the units with cellphone light attempting to find unit felt a little much. Condo was clean, beds comfy, although queen squeaked a lot. Kitchen had all that was needed."

"This place was definitely older and needs major updates. Staff was nice. TV in 3210 in master has 3 lines on broken screen which was very annoying at night to watch any tv when it was raining. 3 sliding doors were rusty and some wouldnt even lock which did not give any peace to sleep. "It is a great location...sometimes hard to get out onto the highway. The beach is not swimmable but great views. Plenty of pools and the staff were all pleasant. Roosters will make sure you get up in plenty of time to enjoy the day. Lots of plastic on the beach....come on people."

"I don't usually leave reviews but since I agonized over our hotel choice for Kauai, one would be useful! First off, we loved the location, it was close to the airport so we didn't have to travel far on arrival. In spite of this, we didn't hear a lot of noise from planes and the property felt peaceful. The location made driving to both ends of the island convenient. The shuttles were a nice touch and we felt so relaxed not having to worry about transport to the airport. The pool is so large that it never felt crowded even though part of it was blocked off for construction. The hotel was recently updated so pulling up to the entrance looked impressive. All rooms faced the ocean which was a nice touch and looked both clean and modern. Our room was also so spacious so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other for a week. The restaurants were EXCELLENT, especially the sushi restaurant. It was so convenient to be able to go downstairs for good food whenever we were too tired to go out. All of the restaurants had great food, in comparison we ate at the Grand Hyatt restaurants twice on this trip and the food there was both exorbitantly expensive and lackluster. The staff throughout the property were all very nice and accommodating. After a long flight from the mainland it was great to be greeted by someone cordial and seemed happy to help. My bf was a little hesitant about the price but we both agreed that it was worth it! "
