I showed them Hotels.Com booking confirmation but they insisted that they did not received any emails from Hotels.Com on my booking. I was lucky they was still room available and I managed to get the same room rate offered by Hotels.com. Not sure whether it was Hotels.com fault or the hotel itself. "There was no free breakfast but the Jubilee Cafe offered a lot of nice dining options at a reasonable price. "

"It's good just for sleeping if you have a long lay over. Room is okay however no TV, no soap and shampoo. It's just the room and bed. No safe as well for important stuff. "
