Our pickup shuttle was delayed but the hotel made up for the delay by giving us a late checkout and breakfast. It is the second time we stayed and we will stay again.

So easy to make a good first impression, and this place failed. Check in was ok, but the room wasnt. No place to put bags, holey bath mat, frayed towels, and no shelf in shower cubical.
