There was a used toilet paper roll in the bathroom upon arrival, unchanged from previous user. The bathroom/shower were not very clean. TV didn’t work well. Lobby smelled odd and there was some water damage on property with fans/towels.

Why we were disappointed
No pillowcases on the bed pillows. Attendant told us the shams were the pillowcases & refused to give up an actual pillowcase. No breakfast items either.

Convenient location right off I-90. Rooms clean, quiet and beds were comfortable. Friendly front desk person with in room coffee. Restaurant just across the parking lot with good breakfast and convenient gas station.

WORST hotel stay ever. Property is disgusting and the owner is rude, unaccommodating, and cheats customers.

Floor in the bathroom had dirt around the edges and the curtains were ripped and let light through. The whole place smells like beans. The staff hung out in the lobby and talked all night.

I got in quite late and the hotel was cheap. The “receptionist” was wearing a white cotton vest, dressed in shorts, some flip flop things and he was eating and coughing. Didn’t inspire confidence. In the room there were decorative pillows but no actual pillows. I used a t-shirt and pulled it over the decorative pillow.

Nice stay
was a nice stay, clean and accommodating especially given the price. The only complaint I really have is that the front desk attendant made it a point to say on every interaction that the room rates were lowered to allow a larger tip for the cleaning staff, and to please tip more. My family always leaves something for them as it is, I really don't need to be "guilted" into giving more money. I'd just soon rather pay the slightly higher fee knowing the cleaners are going to make more on every room, not being so dependant on tips!

The facilities were clean, comfortable, and reasonable for the price. As a family-owned property, I could tell they were doing all they could to provide a good service. The only thing I would change is to have room darkening curtains instead of sheer.

I liked the no key, door code. What a great idea. Checkin in advance by phone was super, too. But the wonderful recliner and the nice soap dispenser in the shower were just perfect. A very welcoming, pretty and well appointed room. Recommended.

Not sure what the issue was with the a/c not working throughout the building but it was uncomfortable. Luckily the room a/c worked. The bed was old and hard as a rock which was uncomfortable. Only stayed one night and expected breakfast that morning, but none was to be had. Will not stay at this place again.

Toilet seat was cracked, soap from last guest was still in shower and carpet was not vacuumed. Overall the hotel needs some TLC and attention to detail but priced as an economy stay so was about what I expected.

The parking lot needs lots of repair. The air conditioner unit was very dusty. Door to the parking lot made a bang every time someone came in or out. Location was great. No breakfast.
