"On arrival we were given a room that had not be serviced. New room was clean and A/C worked well. However there was no teatowel and the bed frame was broken. On wanting to leave early the next morning, the electronic key would not open exit gate and I had to find my way out through a staff service gate and get my vehicle out via the entrance gate. This would work with the electronic pass key."

"Clean room, excellent king bed with a wonderful mattress (just on the hard side). The apartment was wide enough for both of us. The open air shower is a plus! Missed the pools (personal reasons) Friendly staff."

"The staff were amazing, from check in to check out nothing was too much trouble! The restaurant, ooh my goodness, the best Surf and Turf I have ever had. It was amazing. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. The deluxe villa, absolutely amazing and the complimentary flowers was a nice touch. Will definitely remain my place to stay whilst in Broome. "
