Enjoy indoor & outdoor pools, Pickleball, Basketball, Childs Play Park, short walk to the lake`s shoreline & on-site cafe. Located 1 mile from Port of Kimberling Full-Service Marina, 7 miles to Silver Dollar City, 8 miles to Dogwood Canyon, 15 miles to the Branson Strip and Landing.

Kimberling Place

First, there was a very nice view from the balcony, but also could be seen from the couch inside. There were nice local magazines and coupons of various activities. Nicely decorated. I would suggest having a map/guide for both pools (because there is also a 3rd pool but for a different set of condos) and trash disposal locations for this complex; although there is a directional sign upon entry it wasn't easily noticeable for us until we took a walk around the complex. This place is really close to a couple restaurants and a store. There was minor issue I reached out to the host and she quickly responded. It was great that this was so close to Dogwood Canyon and that we didn't need to go into Branson for lodging.
