"Rooms were clean, staff always around to help and offer assistance each time we walked by the front desk. The breakfast buffet is amazing and everything we experienced was top tier like how it would be in a top tier hotel in the states. Will be my go to spot to stay in the future when coming back to Taiwan. "

"A little far fr airport and dated but a nice hotel with polite staff and early bfast. Near to shops n a busy street. One gets a feel of toayuan city. "

"Yes clean room every day, breakfast buffet very good, I really enjoyed it modern room, renovated. Always good night sleep. . Air conditioning, I can control using remote. 3 malls near by with restaurant and food courts, so Lunch & dinner, easy to get. Near Taoyuan railway station and near Taoyuan terminal bus stop , few blocks. To take you places ."

"Have a great stay. Very comfortable bed. I stayed in a no windows room but Love the bathtub. Entrance to the hotel is a bit tricky, have to pass thru a small alley beside the mall to get to the lift to get to 6th floor. Does not have clear direction. "

"Despite the hotel being in a building with other establishments, I didn’t find it a problem. The reception area is right in front of the elevators and rooms are locked with keycards. Staff were generally friendly. My room felt humid and damp, which in turn made my clothes and bedding feel the same. Permanent fixtures are worn out, especially near the sink where water splashes around when in use. Towels are falling apart with holes, and have stains. Bedding has stains too, but relatively comfy....

"Staff our very friendly it’s just really hard to understand their language but it’s fine they’re nice anyway. As we arrived early so we need to pay 300NTD per hour that I really don’t like too. But food for breakfast is awesome "

"My stay was 👏 amazing. The hotel staff and people in the surrounding area were so welcoming. They made me feel at home and took extra care when preparing my room each day. They were kind enough to arrange transportation and learn about the local culture. I felt so much love and care that i will for sure stay again many times. I look forward to staying again this weekend with my new adopted taiwan family and friends who always welcome me with open arms:) 😊 ;)"
