"The Disney property is impeccable, as with all things Disney. Reception and foyer are very clean with a welcoming fresh scent in the air. Rooms are very large and spotlessly clean. Plenty of fresh towels and the amenities are good. Bed was very comfortable and linens were quality cotton, although the extremely firm latex type pillows are quite uncomfortable - often leaving us with stiff necks in the morning. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to parks is comfortable and runs very regularly - we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes in either direction. Food and drinks are very expensive in all of the dining options. All in all a lovely experience and we'll definitely return."

"The hotel was under construction and was noisy from 8 am-6 pm, but they did a good job warning us and being kind about the inconvenience. "

"The hotel and the staff were 10/10. The hotel is located in a strange area - basically a shopping mall - and there was not easy access to food when we got in late. (We flew in during a T8 typhoon so that impacted local food delivery as well.) If you are coming from the airport late in the evening, bring food with you or eat before you show up. The breakfast buffet was 12/10 actual heaven. I do recommend the buffet. We were only impacted by the storm in terms of the hotel's location. I am diabetic so this is an urgent concern for anyone like me who has medical considerations. If the situation were dire, I am certain the front desk would have found a solution. I had a few snacks on hand to get me through the night until breakfast and I did not ask them for help with my personal issue. The hotel is formal but not stuffy. The bed and the bedding was luxurious and I slept extremely well. "

"Room is in excellent condition. Friendly and helpful staff members, and free shuttle bus is a plus. Location is a bit remote, so be prepared to walk more back to hotel if you are outside the shuttle bus hours. "

"Everything was great, besides the cigarette smoke smell in our room. Hotels should prohibit guests to smoke ANYWHERE in the premisses. There should not be an option for smoking rooms. Fines should also be pretty steep. This is not our first time in this hotel, and the problem persists. We did have a nice cleaning lady called Cindy helping us as we were trying to pull our many bags through the thick carpets. Thank you again Cindy!! "
