This is not the strip in Vegas and petrochem is king in Lake Charles so factor that into the clientele and surroundings but I’ve stayed twice and would do again as it is convenient to Houston. "The hotel was decent, I stayed one night good location, I would recommend if that was the only hotel that had a vacancy. It could use some updates change the carpeting it had a smell in the lobby, the towels were old need to be thrown away it’s unsanitary. I missed breakfast so can’t comment on that "

"We had a wonderful 2 night stay. Everyone of the staff was polite, professional and welcoming. We never walked through the lobby without a friendly greeting. The hair dryer didnt work in our room, I stopped at the desk on our way out for the day. By the time we returned we had a new one installed. The breakfast was great. The nice lady handled the very busy room like a pro. We also utilized the pool and the entire family from 2 rooms had a great time. Thank you to all your staff. Im sure we will be back someday "
