"After a long drive from Alberta, through the mountains, The Paradise was just what we needed! A warm welcome, a refreshing swim, a comfortable, air conditioned room to sleep in. We used the available barbecues to make a quick supper. It is an older building but well kept and clean. They are constantly improving the site, and the owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating!"

"We had a great stay. Jim is a very responsive host and they took great care of us. We only stayed for one night but the place looks well suited for a longer stay, which would be peaceful and relaxing. The view of the surrounding mountains is beautiful!"

"Nice area. Okay condition but really dirty. We left the kitchen cleaner than we got it. Pool was smaller than pictured, leaked, was filthy and we had to ask for chlorine. VERY LIMITED daily supplies like hand soap and paper towels. Beach was within a 10 min. drive but the beach access near the cabin was marshy and not a spot to swim. Lake is technically across the street but it's all private beach with No public access. I will be complaining as it is my worst experience with a home rental. "
