Location was great, but the room was not worth what we paid for. Cleaning staff removed the second room key and kept unplugging devices left on the charge. One available powerpoint in a room for five people was an issue, especially when we came back and the item left to charge was unplugged. This happened on both full days we were there. We were in a family room, so we had lots of devices to charge. Rooms in need of upkeep- wall damage in our room. We were given the disabled room (fine) but there was no toilet roll holder or soap dispenser in the room. Not great with kids. Rooms need a serious update as they feel dates and need maintenance. No security- you can get onto any floor without a room key.

I lost money with booking this property as it was listed as book now pay later but in reality they cancelled my booking as they charged me 50% in advance. I lost $150 as i had to rebook after cancellation. Wotif the responsibility is yours to ensure that this motel is never listed under Book now ...
