*Washer and dryer are located a few steps outside unit in hallway, shared with 4 units in building, coin operated, and cannot be used during quiet hours.
*HOA amenities include a seasonal pool and access to private beach

All new plush furnishings and high-end, stainless-steel appliances! Home has beautiful, brand new, luxury vinyl plank flooring, fresh paint, and redesigned shower with designer tiles, plus comfortable amenities such as high-speed internet, keyless entry, wireless thermostat and SMART TV.

This ground level condo boasts an exquisitely appointed open living, dining and kitchen area with a perfect blend of authentic vintage store gems and newer technology. Stream your favorite shows on the 43" LED TV and enjoy the glow of a burning fire through the transparent fireplace screen. The breakfast bar seats two and looks toward the compact, yet fully equipped kitchen which includes an electric smooth-surface range & oven, over-the-range hood fan and microwave, gorgeous quartz countertops, large farm-style sink, whisper quiet dishwasher and bottom freezer drawer Samsung fridge.
Just a few steps outside the covered entry, you can enjoy your front row dedicated parking space or take a stroll to the community beach.

Sleeping accommodations afford guests three beds for a maximum occupancy of three (3) guests. In addition to the king bed in the Primary bedroom, there’s a Murphy bed as well as a premium twin air mattress for overflow sleeping. The Murphy comes down in the convertible dining area which seats 4 when bed is stowed. When the Murphy bed is lowered down, pull the privacy curtain across the area for added privacy.

Down the hallway you’ll find a high-quality Jack-and-Jill bathroom that passes through into the private bedroom yet has three separate spaces. Guests can use the vanity area to get ready for the day while other guests use the shower or toilet. All with complete privacy. The shower has been modernized with designer tiles and glass doors for pure enjoyment.
In the bedroom, you’ll find the custom Euro-king bed piled high with plush and luxurious bedding on top of 100% cotton sheets (or flannel if you prefer) and cloudlike pillows with a light breeze under the ultra quiet fan. There’s plenty of room in the mirrored, reach-in closet to keep your essentials as well as extra bedding. The wall of windows allows for plenty of natural light, while the color palette in the room promotes the ambiance of calmness. In the far nook of this space, you will find a second vanity area, complete with a large mirror and sink, making privacy in the primary suite a breeze.

Nice location with private beach access. There are a few public beaches and a Safeway nearby also. The property is well maintained, clean, quiet, and just perfect for a couple. We enjoyed our stay.

We’ve stayed in this complex three other times and this was the best 1 bedroom so far. The remodel is gorgeous. Kitchen fully stocked, lots of sheets and towels. Murphy bed was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was amazing! Beautifully appointed, well designed, and very clean. As a couple, we found the lay-out of the condo to be perfect, and there was plenty of space for us to relax and rejuvenate after the outdoor activities. The Jack-and-Jill bathroom design allowed us to each have our own sink space, and the separate shower room was appreciated. Although the condo faces the street, there is still a wonderful view of the mountains. The windows truly blocked out the noise from the street, and parking lot, and the black-out shade in the bedroom along with the very comfortable bed provided us with great nights of sleep! We loved this location - from the private access to the lake, to the hiking/biking trails literally out the front door. This condo is a gem, both inside and out and the location couldn't have been better! Thank you!
