Great location! Very relaxing and quiet! The sunrise and sunset were amazing! Definitely coming back! The only thing upstairs would get very warm with the sun beaming in. There were no
curtains to help keep that sun out of to have some privacy at night when lights were on. Can't wait to come back again!
afternoon sun out! More fans
We had a wonderful time spending quality time with my brother and his wife. The weather was a little hindrance, heavy snow storm that closed the road for one day but once we got there, Lake Tahoe gorgeous in the winter. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.
Overall, this was a wonderful condo. The view of the lake is wonderful, and the property itself is as presented in the pictures. There were 3 of us, so 3 bedrooms and 3 baths was great! The condo is somewhat dated, but that wasn't an issue for us at all. There could be better instructions for use of the fireplace as well as the TV, but other than that, we had no issues. Would stay again if in the area.
This unit is a great location-sunny at the right times, shady at the right times. Great Lake view from deck. Comfortable. Dated bathrooms/fixtures/bedding/towels. . Downstairs VERY cold at night. Old windows let cold night air in.
I would stay again.....
Internet and cable went out on the second day, turned out the property owner didn’t pay the bill. Then workers climbed our balcony without warning and proceeded to power spray our deck, incredibly rude and an invasion of privacy as there are no curtains to block the deck.

Decent place, horrible check-in
Unacceptable check-in process. After going to the office 20 minutes away, I had to wait a full hour(!!!) for someone to show up to meet me — in the middle of the afternoon! No apology when they arrived either. For the price paid, there is no excuse for that.
Property itself is all right. Location is wonderful. No A/C, which is noticeable in summer. I would stay at this location again, but not with the current management.

Nice place to stay,
Over all, my husband likes the place. We have 4 kids, 13, 10 , 8 and 2. It's big enough for my 2 year old running around. We loved to sit in the living room enjoying the view. Three bathroom definitely worked very well for my family.
However there are something minor I think can be improved to make a trip better. I booked this place via VRBO however I did not realize that I had to check in with the property management company to get the key. I was so nervous that I was unable to check in on time due to the traffic from ski resort to the office. It will be nice if a keypad lock can be used so we don't need to worry about not be able to get a key due to the traffic or bad weather condition. Also when my husband checked in and he was told that the check out time is 10am while it says 11am in VRBO. We don't mind to check out earlier however it's important to disclose the right time in VRBO. We assumed we can use all three restrooms to take shower at the same time, Guess what, hot water was running out and my husband and daughter had cold shower. I was very upset about it. The final issue is one of the TV downstairs seemed not working. I did not care however my 10 year old girl did not want to share her TV with her brothers and this became an issue.

Great location. Neglected condo.
The location on Lake Tahoe is wonderful. Short walk to King's beach. The cleanliness was fair. We found a lot of things left behind by others! The microwave didn't work well. We called, but no one came to fix it. The towels are worn out with a lot of stains. Not enough flatware for 5 people for a meal. The kitchen has enough pans and utensils to cook a meal. All of the mugs are chipped. The beds are fair. The furniture is dated. TV in living room works well. TV in master bedroom is very old and barely works. No TV's in the other two bedrooms. Towel bar fell off the wall in master bath. At least 6 light bulbs burned out. Very few places to plug in your electronics. Come prepared to deal with the neglect.

Location is good but check in process terrible
Our stay was good as location was very good and peaceful neighborhood. Check in process is terrible as you need to pick up and drop key 15 miles from the townhome, this should be mentioned in the property details. It doesn't takes much effort to install a lockbox outside the home and manage it. House is pretty old and furniture are worn out. The living room is smaller than it looks in picture. Kitchen don't have any basic condiments available so people going here should carry their own, although there is no shortage in utensils.
Came up with a group of girlfriends. Slept the 6 of us very comfortably and we appreciated that it had 3 full bathrooms. The living room and master bedroom have gorgeous views of the lake. The property managers were very communicative over email, late check in with a lock box for keys was very easy. The furnishings are a bit dated but open floor plan kitchen/living room made group gatherings easy, very close to North Star ski hill and beaches if summer!
Absolutely loved this location! Great condo with excellent views. Would be great if there was a lockbox to get in but easy enough to pick up the key!

Buyer Beware
We have been using VRBO for twenty years and I have never given a less than excellent rating. I begin by saying that the location of this condo is excellent, the view is great, golf close by, walk to beaches and restaurants. In addition the TV entertainment is really good offering On Demand movies, Netflix, ect. Tahoe Accommodations people were very responsive to our needs. However, this place is very dated and seems to have been abandoned by it's owners. If you like to barbeque and use the kitchen on vacation you will be very disappointed in the supplies. Everything is old...handles are falling off the pots and pans with worn off stick surfaces, the knives are very, very dull and there are NO steak knives and no place mats to set the table. There is a gas barbeque but no barbeque utensils for cooking. The living room furniture is uncomfortable and there are no ceiling fans to cool the upstairs, and the WIFI is sketchy and frustrating. There are no beach supplies at all not even a few beach chairs. The owners could easily spend a few hundred bucks at Ross to upgrade kitchen and beach supplies to make their customers a bit happier. We will not stay here again.
