"I loved every Hilton I’ve visited. They’re normally clean with friendly staff. This time around my confusion started with the staff that checked me in. She seemed as though she was forced to be there and checking me and my wife in was an inconvenience. To top it off we got in the room and did our usual inspection. You could tell the floor had not been cleaned for a while, old plantain chips bag sitting in the couch (we left in the couch and didn’t use the couch), stained walls, and sink with dirt sitting in it. Because we didn’t want to deal with that staff, we decided to clean where we could or the areas we would use, and left everything as they were. Upon our departure there was a different face at the desk so we explained it to her. This was my first ever bad experience at a Hilton."
