"Although a little tired, in need of a little tlc and probably passed the beest days, enough about myself, we thoroughly enjoyed our overnight layover stay. All the staff we encountered were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Easy transfers and check in. Bed was AMAZING. So comfortable. Breakfast fresh and although simple it met our needs. Would definitely book again as so handy for Charlotte airport."

"The staff was very nice and welcoming it was the room the first room we had didnt smell good at all but they gave us another room asap. Their was a roach in the room and the toilet didnt flush properly and the sink was draining very slowly. Other than that it was okay "

"Airport shuttle was punctual and driver very friendly. Front desk staff were nice and breakfast was good."

"Bed and pillows were not good. I needed to iron a shirt but the ironing board cover was melted. Shower door did not stay shut. Bathroom door would not stay open. Breakfast selection was not very good. Emergency vehicles blared their horns throughout the evening and night for both nights. "

"The staff was helpful and caring. However the dining area left much to be desired. Trashbin was so full with breakfast plates, etc. that it was impossible to clean up ones breakfast. Tables were not wiped down when i arrived, nor when I left. The eggs were not warm enough to feel one had a hot breakfast. The room was clean. It was fairly quiet throughout the stay. What stood out as a positive was the front desk staff!!!"

"It was a lovely hotel. Check in staff was kind of lacking on customer service. It had been a long drive to get there and they seemed put out to check us in. Maybe the hotel should let their staff know it makes a difference to be welcoming."
