"The main thing that stayed out to me is that while sitting in the parking lot for the Hampton I booked the hotel that was closest to me and I booked the wrong hotel. I had to call customer service and talk to Mohammed with Expedia. He was understanding and was able to get my reservations from Gastonia refunded so I could stay at this hotel where I was parked. The survey expired too quick for me to thank him and I could not thank him enough. For the actual Hampton Inn, the night clerk was great positive and friendly."

"Very clean, quiet, and professionally run. Shoutout to the housekeeping team for a great job. My family had two rooms, both of which were in excellent condition with no unusual noises that are found in some hotels (such as a loud fridge or AC unit). We were very late to get in so appreciated the 12pm checkout time."
